"Forget about it for now. Here, Nea. You can drink this water first."
"Oh."
Penelope stares at her friend for a moment before she takes her bowl of water. Without any hesitation, she drinks it in front of Finnea. Although surprised, Finnea did not say anything and just watch her drink the water inside the bowl.
"It's okay, Finnea. The water is clean and safe."
Finnea looks at Penelope first before she slowly takes a sip of water from her water bowl. Maybe she didn't realize that she was that thirsty and drinks all the water inside the bowl up to the last drop. Finnea let out a soft sigh of relief after that. She feels refreshed after drinking that water.
"It's cold and refreshing." Finnea said.
Penelope did not say anything. She just quietly collected their empty water bowls and put them in the corner. The water they drank comes from a spring near this house. The spring water is clean and they were using it for drinking and cooking their food in the past.
