"What is she doing here?" Madam Yoon asked as she followed the source of the noise that was slowly filling the hall.
Jade turned white at the sight of her biggest love rival. "She's back" she didn't realize she had said that out loud.
"Don't worry, I'll host her". Madam Yoon said as she observed the fear in Jade's voice and eyes.
"Mother" Jade held her mother's hand and meeting her eyes, "don't create a scene please" Jade pleaded with her mother. and without another word her mother left to meet Zen.
"A pleasant surprise Park Zen" Madam Yoon said as she approached Zen.
Zen turned to her with a bright smile "Madam Yoon, a pleasant surprise indeed " she said as she embraced madam Yoon. "you smell just the same as you did that night" Zen whispered into Madam Yoon's ear.
Madam Yoon clenched her fist but still controlled her facial expression.
"Madam Yoon" Madam Park called as she walked towards them. Immediately Zen released Madam Yoon from her embrace.
"Your daughter has such a lovely house, I just looked at the garden and it's very artistic. She sure has better taste than you do" Madam Park said trying not to hide her bitterness towards Madam Yoon.
"It would be a shame if she didn't, I mean the plan was to make her better than me"

I'll see you around Madam Yoon" Zen said as she left hand in hand with Jisoo and her Mother walking right behind them.
She greeted a few people and made small talks, all the time she held Jisoo .
"You just had to show up didn't you" Choi Taeyong said as she handed Zen a glass of wine.
"It's nice to see you too Taeyong" Zen accepted the wine and took a sip. "The hair grafting actually worked wonders, good for you girl".
"I hate to admit but it's nice having someone tell me the truth without any sarcasm or hate. Wait, you don't hate me do you?, anyways you're better than Jade, I mean what's wrong with that girl, she's so ugly and annoying. then her mother, I'm sure that woman is after my life. Do you know that Jade literally asked me to leave, I was just talking to Yeong no strings attached, just talking and she just walks up with her stupid attitude...."
" You need to breathe Taeyong , I didn't know you still talked alot" Jisoo said
"Another annoying person in the building, Jisoo you are all grown up now, it's time you stopped taunting me. I really do not appreciate it" Taeyong snapped
"I thought you guys were best friends what happened" Zen asked
"I'll tell you what, Ruby happened.... infact Zen don't try anything stupid Yeong is mine now, you had your chance now let me have mine" Taeyong said and left.
Zen turned to Jisoo. "You must have broken her heart really bad"
"Things kinda happened, and talking about things I think Yeong is walking towards us"
Zen's heart skipped a beat when she saw Yeong approaching her, his eyes were fixed on her without blinking.but thankfully Mrs lee and Jade stopped him mid way.
"Please excuse me" Zen said
"Are you okay" Jisoo asked concern written all over his face.
"I just need some air, tell Mother that I'll be in the garden" Zen said and left without waiting for a reply.

"You don't look well" Madam lee said to Jade whose expression remained blank after Zen arrived.
"I must be very tired from all the work" Jade gave a polite reply
"I heard you personally did some work. Don't do that ever again, let the workers do what they are paid for"
"Yes Mother "
"Where has Yeong gone off to ?" Madam lee asked scanning through the crowd with her eyes
" Business with Jay"
" That doesn't look like business to me " Madam lee spotted Yeong walking slowly towards Zen and Jisoo.
"Come along " She commanded Jade, who immediately followed her
Madam lee walked straight to Yeong and blocked his path .
"You finished with Jay" Madam lee said as she took a step closer to Yeong and started fixing his collar.
"I hope you remember? " Madam Lee muttered, being careful to not be heard by Jade .
Yeong gave her a smile as an affirmation.
Madam lee stepped back. "Your Father left earlier, so I'll leave now. Make sure to give a speech together to appreciate your guests for coming" Madam Lee said and left without another word.
After a few seconds of awkward silence, Jade took the initiative to slip her arm around Yeong's.
"You look tired, maybe a glass of water?"
" That would be nice" Yeong gave her a small smile.
Meanwhile in the garden Zen sat on the swing and stared blankly at the flowers,it really was as beautiful as she had heard. Jade had always had a good eye for things and people just like she did.
"The plan wasn't to sit her moping at beautiful flowers right?" Madam Park asked snapping Zen out of her thought.
"They're relaxing to watch "
"It's okay if you don't want to go through with it " Madam Park said as she placed her hand on Zen's shoulder.
"Seeing him truly has weakened my will to fight Mom, I just want to go home"
"We just arrived so the press will start rumors if you leave now, so what we'll do is to go in there, meet as much guests as possible and tell them about your fashion brand that is reopening soon, I mean what better opportunity do you have than now. You're wearing your own design so you don't even need to say much"
"You're right Mom, I have a business to start so I can't afford to lose my will now" She stood up immediately and arranged her dress
"I have a lot of potential clients to meet Mom, see you inside" She said and left
Madam Park laughed and followed her inside.
