"One region for each big continent, right?" I asked, just to make sure I got what he said right. I was picturing a map of Earth being carved up like a Thanksgiving turkey.
"You can consider it this way, but in fact, it was arranged based on how your world will look after the merge is ended," he tried to explain something I was already acutely aware of.
The "Big Five" lands. In the original timeline, after the planetary fusion, the geography of Earth shifted into five massive landmasses. Each was supposed to be ruled by one single dominant race of those aliens. As for humans, in those dark histories, they were already wiped out from the picture or relegated to cattle.
