Chapter 19: Cat
– Hei Nara –
"D-don't you dare pull out," Azula almost snarls, her legs locking behind my back as her nails claw at my back. "I want every single drop of your cum inside me."
"I thought you said you couldn't risk-" I start, grunting slightly at just how damn tight and hot her cunt is.
"I said cum inside me," Azula growls, kissing me to silence any disagreements. Her legs wrap around my waist tighter, determined to keep me in place as I continue to pound her into the bed. "You aren't leaving this bed until I am bloated with your seed. Damn my father, and damn his court. Impregnate me, my husband. Breed your slutty princess wife."
Well, this is going to be a problem.
But it's a problem for future Hei, because right now I can't help but feel she has a point as I silence her demands with a rough kiss of my own, bruising her lips as I pick up speed. The bed squeaks beneath us, her moans intermingled with my quiet gasps. Her body is desperately trying to drain me of my seed, her cunt squeezing down on me with each thrust.
Guess I'm becoming the Fire Daimyo's son-in-law whether he wants it or not, I'm sure that won't cause problems down the line. Well, here's to making him a grandfather. Sheathing myself inside her, I groan in satisfaction as I pump my seed into her waiting womb. She lets out a shuddering moan, pleasure clear on her face as she beams at me, peppering my face with kisses.
"Yes!" Azula cries out, pride and smugness on her face. "Yes, keep going, fill me up with your powerful seed, my love."
Yandere love, indeed.
As my climax comes to an end, the last few spurts filling her up, she rolls us over, still kissing me until she rises, looking down at where my sizeable load is leaking out of her tight, royal cunt and dripping down her thighs.
"Wonderful~" Azula beams, kneeling over me to kiss me again before she gestures for me to rise. "But I have been a naughty princess, haven't I? Being so demanding of you, my dear husband."
"You have," I agree, giving her ass a spank as she moves onto her hands and knees in front of me. "I don't mind you being demanding of me, but you shouldn't be so rude to our friends."
"Mhmm~" Azula replies, biting her lip as she reaches back to spread her asscheeks. "Then you should punish me again, Hei. You've had my perfect lips wrapped around your cock, you've claimed my royal pussy, but there's one hole that has remained entirely untouched. Take it. Hard. Punish this slutty princess and show her how much of a man you are~"
"Oh? Are you sure, Azula?" I ask, pressing my thumb against the offered hole and pushing it in as she gasps slightly. She's prepared herself for this, and she just nods over to her clothes.
"In my pocket," Azula mumbles, biting her lip in anticipation as she watches me search her outfit and pull out a small vial of oil. "Please."
"I'm the only one who gets to hear you beg, aren't I?" I tease, moving back as I uncap the bottle and pour it onto her buttocks, using a finger to work some of it inside her.
"Of c-course," Azula replies instantly. "I would never lessen myself to beg for anything from a lesser man. Not even my father. Only you. Please, Hei. Fuck my virgin tight ass. Ruin my body and reshape it with your fat cock."
Her words are near-fanatical, and as I coat my cock with the oil, I can't say I don't like this. Such a naughty little princess.
Pressing the tip against her rosebud, I prepare to go slow and let her get used to it. Azula, being Azula, decides otherwise as she slams her hips back to meet me, her ass clapping against my thighs as she takes the entire thing in one go. Her eyes widen, a strangled scream leaves her throat, but the look in her golden eyes is certainly not pain.
Grabbing her hips, I give her exactly what she so dearly wants as I begin to pound her fat ass, spanking it and tugging on her hair. She loved getting fucked, but instantly I realise that she wants, or maybe needs, a little pain in her sex life as she cums around my invading cock.
Her ass is almost vice-like, and it's a struggle to pull out, but god damn if it doesn't feel good. For both of us, clearly, as she moans like a whore with each thrust. Her ass moves back to meet me, putting more force in than I am because she clearly enjoys things rough.
"Fuck, you're perfect, Azula," I whisper into her ear, watching her shudder in pleasure. "And all mine."
"All yours," Azula agrees between moans, her words gasped out. "Just don't stop, daddy, use me as your little royal cumdump."
She has issues, but when they're benefiting me, I can't stop myself from charging at her red flags like a raging bull. My grip on her hips grows tighter, leaving a mark as I pick up speed and begin to truly pound her tight ass.
She asked for it.
– Later –
Lying in my bed, I pant as Azula preens, resting her head on my chest. The sheets are ruined, blood, sweat and cum staining them, and we're both a mess, but I don't think either of us are complaining as she looks at one of the cuts she left on my chest with her nails. I was holding back my regeneration because she enjoys leaving a mark, and I've certainly left my fair share on her, but she just kisses it before she licks up the blood. Man, she's a freak.
Sitting up, she focuses as her hand bursts into golden fire and then she brings it down on my chest. I don't move, because despite her insanity, I do trust her. Pressing her hand down on the cut, I watch as her fire dances across my chest. It feels warm but does no damage, in fact… it does the opposite as we watch the cut close up instantly.
"You can heal with your flames?" I ask, seeing her pride. "That's… impressive. Amazing, really."
She preens, because she's as hungry for praise as she is cock. I get the feeling she doesn't get much from her father.
…praise, not cock. God I hope she isn't getting cock from the Fire Daimyo even if it would explain some things.
"I can. My flames only harm those I want to hurt and heal my allies. Such is the blessing you gave me," Azula praises, kissing me again. "No more will I have to hold back, able to unleash my flames to their full power."
Cuddling with her, I stroke her hair gently as she lies back down and rests her head on my shoulder. This is definitely going to overcomplicate matters, but this is also the best way to get Azula under control. In truth, I'd rather deal with an angry Fire Daimyo than an angry, rejected Azula.
I… don't think I'll be moving anytime soon, as she clings to me.
– Tsunade Senju –
"Do you take me for a fucking idiot?" Tsunade hissed, seeing the old goat raise an eyebrow at her. "Do you really think I wouldn't recognise her?"
'Fox' sat up on the medical table she was laying in for her examination. She'd been asked to examine her since Hei had 'created' her, but Tsunade was not that naive. Oh, he'd created the body alright. His bizarre chakra was all over it, and it was far too young despite appearing to be in its late twenties. But how fucking stupid did they think she was that she wouldn't recognise the person inside the body?
"You aren't even trying to change your speech patterns, and I am still one of the top Kunoichi of Konoha," Tsunade continued.
"Heh," Kushina said, rubbing the back of her neck awkwardly. "It's hard to change how I speak, y'know?"
"I did expect you to discover this, which is why I had you sign the contract before entering," Hiruzen admitted shamelessly. His faith that she'd recognise her patient did not reduce her anger.
"You- she was dead. What the hell has Hei done now?" Tsunade finally asked, shock colouring her tone.
"Is the body stable?" Hiruzen asked, ignoring her question entirely. And he wondered why she didn't like being home?
"Yes. As far as I can tell, despite the immense weirdness of it all. Hei's chakra is infused in every cell. She's like the wolves you had me examine, then? A 'Chakra Beast'?" Tsunade scoffed. "But that doesn't explain why the soul of someone I know to be dead is currently inside the body. Is this some mimicry? A false personality?"
"No. This is the soul of Kushina Uzumaki. Now that you are bound, I see no harm in telling you that one of Hei's most secret abilities permits him to summon back the souls of the dead and bind them to his will. He summoned Kushina as part of our investigation into her and Minato's death. Originally, she was going to be sent away once we were done, but Hei came up with this idea, creating an 'empty' body with his chakra and binding her to it," Hiruzen explained. Tsunade felt her heart pounding in her chest, the blood rush making her ears ring.
Hei could bring back the dead.
Nawaki. Dan.
"You-you did this on purpose," Tsunade realised, turning her glare to the Hokage. "You knew I'd-"
"Try to find a way to run, or do the bare minimum despite your agreement to teach Medical Jutsu six months of the year," Hiruzen cut in, watching her flinch at his stern, disappointed tone. "I did. You've spent too long running, and in part it is my fault for permitting you to continue such disgraceful behaviour. Even with the gift of Hei's chakra restoring your youth, even with it granting you Wood Style, I fully expected you to half-ass your new position and run away the moment you had the chance."
"So you dangle the possibility of resurrection in front of me, like a carrot on a stick?" Tsunade retorted angrily.
"Yes," Hiruzen replied calmly. "This technique is Konoha's greatest secret at the moment, and will only be used extremely sparsely until such a time as I am certain that we can survive the ensuing storm. Consider this your motivation to not ignore your duties, Tsunade. Only with both mine and Hei's agreement will any requests for it to be used get approval."
"You- cold-hearted goat," Tsunade growled, but she knew that he'd already won.
"I am the Hokage, Tsunade," Hiurzen replied easily, stroking his beard. "War is coming. Maybe not right now, maybe I'll be dead by the time it kicks off, but I am sure of it. If nothing changes, a new ninja war will erupt, and I will do whatever it takes to see Konoha survive and thrive. Now, I'd like a full report on Kushina's new body and any complications that may occur before we begin the process of using this method more."
Rising, he left as she stared at him, realising he'd only attended the examination in expectation of this argument.
"He really is a bastard, huh?" Kushina snorted. It took less than a second for her to realise why Kushina wasn't thrilled about Hiruzen either. In the end, it didn't matter for either of them. The old bastard was too good at making sure they couldn't do anything but seethe.
Hiruzen had let her wander, giving her a very long leash. Today, he'd decided to yank and tighten that leash to remind her that it was there at all. And yet, it was unlike him to do this kind of thing needlessly, which meant he truly was worried about a war breaking out…
Hiruzen Sarutobi was many things. Foolish wasn't one of them.
– Hei Nara –
Arriving at the Hokage's office, I can't help but let out a small sigh of relief. Azula is clingy, as it turns out, and escaping her to actually get some things done was not an easy feat.
"Ah, Hei, come in," Hiruzen says, waving me over and gesturing for me to take a seat. I'm getting rather familiar with his office, I feel like I'm here every day that I'm not on a mission. "Zhu Li mentioned you wanted to speak to me about training others in your new jutsu?"
"That's correct, Lord Hokage," I respond. "I suspect that I'll be back on standby until it is time for me to visit the Mist Rebels, and with the Chunin exams approaching, I want to make sure we're as prepared as possible."
"Wise, and you are correct. Negotiations are still ongoing with Mei Terumi, as we don't want to reveal our hand until after we've bound her with one of your contracts to prevent her from betraying us and until then, you will be left to your own devices," Hiruzen agrees. "You have ideas for how you wish to train, then?"
"Several. For Dread Style and Pain Style, Anko is my own current choice, but for Toxin Style, I was considering Anko again as well as Ino and Sakura," I explain, seeing him hum in thought.
"Anko is indeed fitting for all three, given her use of poisons already and preference for psychological attacks. Ino is also unsurprising, given your closeness. The Yamanaka's hidden jutsu are unsuited for one-on-one fights, and often rely on allies, which will trip her up during the final test," Hiruzen murmurs. "But what made you choose Sakura?"
"The same thing that made me push her to join Tsunade's new class. She's the weak link in Team Seven. She's undeniably smart, but my time with them has shown that she's floundering. She doesn't know where to focus her efforts and instead is simply mediocre in everything. Sasuki and Naruko are strong front-liners, and she's unlikely to catch up with either of them, lacking Naruko's uniqueness or Sasuki's Sharingan," I explain. "But being on a team with both the last Uchiha and Naruko means they're bound to be targeted so she needs to find her niche and improve. Leading medical ninjutsu will be a good start, but learning my Toxin Style could give her the edge she needs to hold her own in combat scenarios."
"Well reasoned," Hiruzen praises, placing his pipe in his mouth. I can't help but notice that there's nothing in it, and he looks almost mournful for a moment as he catches my gaze before he hums. "I would request that you also teach Kurenai Yuhi your Dread Style as well. She's Konoha's best genjutsu mistress, and I believe it will help you learn more of your Dread Style genjutsu if you work with her."
"That's acceptable. I think Anko mentioned her during my time with the Torture and Interrogation Force," I agree easily. "I plan to hold the training sessions in the Hayabusa compounds' private training ground. Frankly, I'm starting to attract a little bit too much attention."
I've definitely noticed a major increase in the whispers and staring.
"It's the perils of success. At this point, you've escaped Orochimaru, become the Salamander summoner, slain one of the Seven Swordsmen, and defeated but spared another. Princess Azula has been… adamant about spreading your 'legend' throughout the village," Hiruzen admits with a soft chuckle. Of course she has. "You're building quite the reputation, even without the wild rumours about your abilities."
"Considering the alternative would be to have died to one of the legendary ninjas I keep running into, I'll take it," I reply with a shrug. "Since Kakashi is busy, I thought I'd add Naruko and Sasuki to the training as well. It'll give Kushina more time to spend with Naruko, if nothing else, and they have a similar style."
"Ah, yes. On that matter, I've come to a decision. Kushina, while making the request partly for selfish reasons, was not incorrect to suggest Mikoto's return. I'd like to summon and question her spirit to learn the truth of the Uchiha Massacre and her part in the Uchiha's planned coup, but if her answers are satisfactory, you have my permission to repeat the same trick and return Mikoto to the land of the living, as long as Sasuki is bound by a contract," Hiruzen explains. "We can question her today, if you are prepared for another set of summonings. Danzo has been working on quite the list of potential spirits to summon."
"Today works. I planned to talk to the potential students after this, but I can do so tomorrow," I agreed easily, my mind already on how to bring Sasuki in on this. She's got one hell of a surprise lined up.
It isn't long until we're once again in the highly protected, sealed room that we used for the first round of questioning. This batch has a lot of Uchihas in it, and I already know this is going to complicate matters. Pretty much every adult Uchiha admits to knowing and planning a coup of Konoha before they died, including Sasuki's father. An entire clan planning to go traitor, only to be massacred by their prized heir right before they were ready to act? As if this situation wasn't muddy enough already.
Hiruzen and Danzo do not seem surprised, only confirming what they already suspected. What does come as a surprise is the same story we get from over a dozen different Uchiha spirits. Itachi had help.
From a one-eyed Uchiha.
Which means two of the biggest disasters that hit Konoha in recent years have both been the work of the same person. The Kyuubi attack, the death of the Fourth Hokage, and now the near-extinction of the Uchiha clan. This one-eyed Uchiha, who is probably Obito Uchiha, had a hand in them all. Both Danzo and Hiruzen seem almost disturbed, and certainly less than pleased, by this revelation but I think this is above my paygrade.
When it comes time to summon Mikoto, it's not hard to see that she's cut from a different cloth than the ones we've dealt with so far. The others were angry, bitter, and rebellious, but she seems entirely calm as she appears before us. She also doesn't need any force from me to answer the litany of questions that get sent her way.
"You didn't fight back?" I ask as she explains how she died, getting her attention for the first time.
"What good would it have done? Itachi is far stronger than my husband or I, and he chose the village over his family," Mikoto explains softly.
"You knew of the coup, then?" Danzo asks, his voice cold.
"I did. I tried to convince Fugaku to bring his concerns before the Hokage instead of trying a coup I was sure would fail, but the bitterness over us being blamed for the Nine Tails attack and years of grudges had boiled over," Mikoto admits.
"And you chose to remain silent, as your husband plotted to plunge Konoha into a war?" Danzo continues.
"I did. If Minato had still been the Hokage, I think I would have tried harder to stop it but I chose my family over the village. Fugaku was relying on Itachi for the coup, his prodigy and the one he wanted to end up as Hokage, but Itachi chose otherwise," Mikoto admits, no hesitation or shame as she holds her head high. "What happened to Itachi? And Sasuki?"
"Itachi fled the village after slaughtering every Uchiha with the sole exception of Sasuki, who he trapped in Tsukuyomi," Hiruzen explains, causing Mikoto to gasp. "Sasuki survived, and is currently a recently graduated Genin under a team led by Kakashi."
"Did you see a one-eyed masked Uchiha during the attack?" Danzo cuts in, the bad cop in this scenario.
"No. I only saw Itachi," Mikoto replies, her head tilting slightly. "Why?"
Danzo and Hiruzen share a look, Danzo shaking his head before sighing at the look on Hiruzen's face as the Hokage turns back to Mikoto.
"With this new technique, we've uncovered much, including the fact that the Nine-Tails Attack was orchestrated by a masked, one-eyed Uchiha. Questioning the other fallen Uchiha has revealed that many of them were slain by a figure matching the same description who we believe convinced Itachi to undertake his actions that night," Hiruzen explains. "We also believe this figure to be a surviving Obito Uchiha."
"Obito? Obito would never-"
"People change," Danzo cuts in coldly. "If he truly survived the mission that we believed killed him, we don't know what he went through between then and his return on the night of the Kyuubi attack. All we know for sure is that Obito's spirit cannot be called forth, leaving us to suspect that he remains alive."
"I- I truly never saw anyone else. Itachi confronted Fuguku and I in our home, alone," Mikoto explains. They look over to me, and I nod, confirming she's telling the truth. "Who took Sasuki in?"
"Nobody, until very recently," Danzo admits, and I feel a sense of deja vu as once again, a dead mother is furious that her daughter was left to her own devices. Mikoto seems more composed than Kushina, no flying objects trying to hit the Hokage on the head, but her glare is telling, a red flash of her Sharingan activating before it fades.
"Sasuki has recently been taken in by my clan, the Nara," I cut in before she could argue.
"The Nara? Interesting. I assume you're Shikaku's son, then? It's not like him to take on work he doesn't need to," Mikoto says softly, almost joking despite the pain in her tone.
"Well, I am dating her. Sort of. It's complicated," I admit, ignoring the quiet laugh from Hiruzen. "She's also probably pregnant with my child, and my mother wasn't going to leave her in a decrepit compound."
"I suspect I missed a lot," Mikoto finally responds after a few long moments. "But I'm glad Sasuki has someone looking out for her, even if it took so long."
It does seem a little foolish in hindsight. Leaving her to stew in her own dark thoughts was just asking for her to go down a spiralling path. It's no wonder she got so obsessed with avenging her family, living in the compound where her entire clan died.
"Which leads us to one final question," Hiruzen says, getting her attention again. "If returned to life, would you seek vengeance against the village?"
At his nod, I tighten the chains and ensure she answers truthfully as they choke her a little.
"No," Mikoto answers. Spirits struggle to lie when I'm trying to force the truth from them, but her word is clear and concise.
"Hei, you have my permission," Hiruzen finally answers. "That will be all for today. I will inform Anko and Kurenai to report to you for training, you can inform Inko and Sakura."
"Understood, Lord Hokage," I say with a respectful nod. I can see the confusion and even a hint of hope in Mikoto's eyes, but I just dismiss her for now. Time for one awkward conversation.
– Sasuki Uchiha –
"You wanted to speak to me, Hei?" Sasuki asked, arriving at the private room she'd been directed to in the Hayabusa compound. Her traitorous body reacted as she spotted him sitting there, panties growing damp, but she wasn't here for sex… probably?
Kushina sat next to Hei, so this almost certainly wasn't a booty call. She had to cut down on her disappointment at that, causing him to give her a knowing grin as she took a seat.
"Do you trust me?" Hei asked, and instantly she nodded.
"Of course," Sasuki agreed, watching as he pulled out a piece of black parchment and placed it on the table.
"Read this, and sign it if you feel comfortable with it," Hei prompted, watching as she picked up the contract and carefully read it over. She trusted him, but she knew he'd be disappointed if she signed it without checking carefully. It primarily mentioned that she'd be forbidden from telling anyone about the method used to return Kushina to full health if she signed it, and after going through it, she calmly signed it. She was mildly surprised when it flashed, but she just turned to Hei expectantly. "There's no easy way of saying this. Kushina is Naruko's mother who died during the Kyuubi attack. She wasn't in a coma, but one of my abilities allows me to summon spirits back from the grave. After she was summoned back for questioning about the Kyuubi attack, I then bound her to a body that I made with my unique chakra."
Sasuki stared in disbelief, but she knew Hei wasn't the type to make jokes like this. And Kushina just nodded when Sasuki looked to her for an explanation.
"Why- how-" Sasuki started, before trailing off. In truth, she wasn't sure where to start. The idea that Hei could call back spirits kindled a hope in her heart.
"This isn't going to be easy to hear, Sasuki, but please wait until I'm finished. Earlier today, the Hokage had me summon a considerable number of Uchiha to get to the bottom of the downfall of the Uchiha clan," Hei continued, her attention laser-focused on him. "Your clan was planning a coup against the village, led by your father. Both he, several other high-ranking Uchiha and your mother confirmed this."
A denial was on her lips before he'd even finished speaking, but she silenced herself. Hei wouldn't lie about something like this, and she was sure he had proof.
"It seems a one-eyed Uchiha we suspect to be Obito Uchiha, one of the Fourth Hokage's students who was presumed dead, convinced Itachi to slaughter the clan for the sake of the village. I can't say for sure what Itachi was thinking, especially given his decision to torture you and then flee the village, but he did not act alone," Hei continued, as if he wasn't taking a hammer to her entire world view. "This one-eyed Uchiha also was responsible for the Kyuubi attack, which led to a lot of mistrust of the Uchiha to begin with and that mistrust played a large part in the cold relations between Konoha and your clan, which led to your father planning his coup."
"Then I have two people to kill," Sasuki finally said, her Sharingan activating as the tomoe swirled rapidly. "I don't care why he did it, he-"
"I know," Hei said, rising and pulling her into a hug. It wasn't until he did so that she realised she was crying. "I'm not here to claim Itachi did the right thing, or that he's a victim in all this, but to… explain things. To make sure you have all the details."
She pushed her face into his robe as he placed a soft kiss on her forehead, stroking her hair as he waited for her to calm down a little. It was a little embarrassing, but at least there weren't many witnesses as Hei guided her to sit next to him, keeping her hand in his.
"There is a point to all this, I'm not just poking at old wounds for fun," Hei promised with a reassuring smile, giving her a quick kiss. "Mikoto, your mother, wasn't directly involved in the coup and even attempted to convince your father to go to the Hokage diplomatically rather than choosing violence. She failed, and chose to remain silent so as to not betray her family. As such… after an interrogation session to confirm that she will not seek vengeance, I've gotten permission from the Lord Hokage to return her to life in the same way that I have Kushina."
She'd had the hope of speaking to her family again since the moment he'd mentioned it, and as he finished, she felt her heart soar. She understood why he couldn't do the same with her father, but the idea of having her mother back was…
"Are there conditions? What's the catch?" Sasuki asked, wondering why the Hokage would permit this. She wasn't stupid. She knew the risks that came with people discovering this secret technique.
"Some, but mostly minor ones. Much like Kushina hides her identity in public, Mikoto would have to do the same. I'll also need to bind you to a contract to prevent the truth from slipping out. I trust your discretion, but the contract will enforce the secrecy and ensure that you can't accidentally spill the secret," Hei explained. "I also want to excavate her grave and use her body as the basis, which was sealed to prevent anyone from trying to steal their Sharingan. I'll be altering it in some small way to make it look as if she's just another humanoid chakra beast like 'Fox'. I've got the Hokage's permission to do so."
As if she'd care about the sanctity of her mother's grave if it meant bringing her back from the dead.
"She'll also be bound to my will, twice over as both a summoned spirit and one of my created 'monsters'," Hei explained.
"I'm the same, and Hei hasn't taken advantage of it yet," Kushina finally spoke up, a hint of excitement in her tone. Of course, Kushina was getting her friend back as well.
"I don't care. I trust you," Sasuki said, hating the desperation in her tone.
"I also told your mother that you're probably pregnant with my child, so there's that to look forward to," Hei teased, as Sasuki went bright red. If she weren't already, she would be soon with their… enthusiastic attempts.
"When can you-" Sasuki trailed off. She knew these things didn't happen fast, and-
"Tonight, if you're ready," Hei answered her unfinished question, making her eyes shoot open.
"Wait, seriously?" Sasuki asked, unable to stop the bubbling excitement and hope in her voice.
"I don't like wasting time," Hei explained with a shrug. "And it would be cruel to expect you to wait any longer. I would have waited to tell you if it was going to be months until I could handle it. We're hoping she can help you work out your golden Sharingan as well."
"Wait, that's why you two shared those looks when I told you about it!" Sasuki realised, getting a chuckle from Hei. "Did Naruko find out that Kushina was her mother on the Wave mission?"
"Yeah. You two will be able to speak to each other about it, but not other people. Naruko is under her own contract," Hei agreed.
"So they can even get someone like Naruko to be subtle?" Sasuki joked lightly, her mood far brighter than usual.
"Oi!" Kushina shouted before pausing. "Okay, yeah that's fair. She gets that from me."
"So, ready to dig up a grave?" Hei asked, causing her to giggle and nod. Her mother was coming back to life. What else could possibly matter to her?
– Later –
As it turned out, digging up a grave was easy with Earth Release, which she wasn't even aware that Hei could use. He admitted that he tended to slack with his elemental releases, something he was working on fixing. The grave was left pristine, as if they hadn't just dug up the coffin and stolen it.
Seeing her mother's rotting body had not been a nice experience, but she endured through it as Hei explained that he wanted to use her as the base to make sure her mother was as correct as possible. For that, she'd happily stay by the body as Hei did his work. It was amazing to watch, in truth, as his black and purple chakra poured from him and encompassed the body, reaching out and touching her as well as Hei did his work. Hei placed something small, round and metal inside the ribcage as the rotting flesh was absorbed, leaving just a skeleton before it rapidly regrew, muscles and flesh forming over the body, hiding the metal orb.
Sasuki watched, unblinking, as the face 'grew' into the soft, loving face that she saw in her dreams almost every night. Her nightmares, if she was being honest, but they'd stopped since she'd started sleeping in the Nara compound, often with Hei.
"Won't people recognise her?" Sasuki asked, and Hei nodded.
"I'm just getting the baseline before I make any changes. Right now, it's just an empty shell so I can work on it freely," Hei explained as the body finished growing, a perfect copy of the mother she remembered. For just a moment, she wondered why she was so flat compared to her mother, before she shut that line of thought down hard.
The first changes were obvious as the signs of ageing faded away, her body shrinking slightly and her breasts becoming perkier. The lines on her face smoothed out, until a barely teenage version of her mother lay before them, and then… cat ears.
"What?" Sasuki finally asked, watching the pair of large black cat ears and a long tail form on her mother's body.
"It's already started to spread that I 'made' Kushina, so giving her clearly inhuman features will help disguise her true identity," Hei explained easily. "It's better if people wave this off as me fucking around with my power and making a cat girl. If they realise she's got the Sharingan, that's where you come in, because we'll reveal we used you as the 'base' for Cat."
"Does this make me my mother's mother?" Sasuki asked after a long moment. They both paused, trying to parse that particular statement.
"Let's go with a firm… maybe," Hei finally decided as she giggled. "You'd also be your own grandmother… and your children's great-grandmother."
"I… don't want to think about this anymore," Sasuki decided, nudging him with her shoulder. "Is it ready? What was that thing you put inside her?"
"Kushina isn't actually bound to her body, but to my oni mask. I've had time to think about this and how to improve matters. I'll bind Mikoto to that tiny orb, small enough to go unnoticed. Even if her body is 'slain', she'll be fine," Hei explained. "And yes, I believe we're ready."
All humour vanished, watching as Hei did… something, his chakra shifting almost menacingly as a translucent figure took form above the body. It was still taking form as Hei gestured, and it was sucked into the body.
Then, the body, freshly dug up from her family's graveyard, gasped and took its first breath in years.

With her health restored, she found herself unwilling to waste even a single second. She'd wasted away, day after day, in that bed for years. It was a minor miracle she'd been able to survive giving birth to Hanabi. Now, she wanted to spend every day catching up on everything she'd missed as she lay in bed, doing nothing but feeling sorry for herself and waiting to die.
Neji and Hinata panted, trying to circle her as she giggled playfully. Trying to catch a Hyuuga from behind was always a questionable tactic, but they'd learnt that if they attacked from the same direction, she'd simply use them as a human shield.
Neji charged first, the more confident of the two, his stance near-perfect as he tried to strike at her. Hinata wasn't far behind, hoping for an opening as time seemed to slow to a crawl around her, their chakra networks glowing so brightly as her hand lashed out. She couldn't explain how she knew what to do, only that her body guided her as her hands struck at Neji's extended form, deft fingers poking at his chakra network… and with each jab, she felt his chakra flow into her as she absorbed it.
The ring froze, whispers filling the air as people pointed and gasped, and as she was handed a mirror, she was utterly unsurprised to see a set of golden Byakugan eyes staring back at her.
