Hoshi no Tama or star ball is a gem that every kitsune, nine tailed fox, has. This gem is said to hold the magic power of its owner. Kitsune will weaken and eventually die if too long separated from the gems.

However, because of her sincere love, the beautiful demon from the Kitsune race gave her Hoshi no Tama to a human, in order to save that human.

Shibou Valley is a place in the Other World, where the kitsune live. These kitsune are under the control of the Hyuugahito Kingdom. This kingdom is ruled by a capable, clever, just and wise king named King Hayashi. However, during a battle with the buffalo demon a few weeks ago, King Hayashi was killed. He left behind one daughter and one niece.

 When the war was over, all that was left was Prince Saburo, the nephew of King Hayashi. Princess Sakurako and Commander Toneri were declared dead in battle. The entire Hyugatsuki Race mourned that.
 However, they all did not know that the princess and her loyal commander had fled to the human world.

Takumi Akazawa is a teenager who is in the 1st grade of high school. His life starts to feel strange when Takumi saves a strange girl who has amnesia.

Takumi helps the girl to find her identity and memories. On the way, they fell in love with each other. This is a love story of different nature

 Toneri turned around.  He saw Itsuki coming with his partner.


 "At first I just wanted to visit, it turns out there was a commotion here. But thankfully, everything can be handled by you, Commander."


 "Psst psst, you know that gardener, Minami?"  Takumi Akazawa whispered but Itsuki Minami didn't respond.


 Toneri responded to Itsuki's compliment with a smile. He walked closer to Itsuki and Takumi.


 An atmosphere of awkwardness enveloped Takumi and Sakurako at this time. Takumi was very embarrassed to have considered a daughter of Hyuugahito crazy.


 Sakurako also can't act like in the mortal world before, now her consciousness is complete. She looks so elegant, like a noble's daughter at this time.


 Without them noticing, Shinshura slowly opened his eyes. His sharp eyes shone at Sakurako. He grabbed a short dagger and threw it straight at Sakurako.


 Takumi who realized that immediately replaced Sakurako's position. The short dagger stabbed right into Takumi's heart.  Blood splattered everywhere. Takumi's body fell to the ground and everything immediately darkened.


 They were all shocked by the sudden occurrence.


 Itsuki who was aware of the situation instantly created a purplish mist from the tip of his index finger. The mist he directed at Shinshura's body. Immediately, Shinshura's body burned.  The half-snake buffalo squirm writhed in the heat.


 Sakurako was wailing beside Takumi's body.


 Itsuki lost his strength after expending that unwanted power.  His body even staggered forward.  Fortunately, Commander Toneri's strong hands were holding Itsuki's body from falling down.


 "Thank you, Commander," Itsuki whispered.  His vision was blurry.  Itsuki was forced to use that power to drain a lot of his energy.


 Even though his vision was blurry, Itsuki could faintly see Sakurako who was still crying wailing near Takumi's body.


 King Saburo approached Takumi's body and touched the human's forehead with his index and middle fingers.


 A purplish light flashed from King Saburo's finger towards Takumi's forehead.  In the next second, Takumi started to gain consciousness.  However, King Saburo's efforts only helped Takumi regain his senses for a moment.  Unable to shake off the effect of the knife stuck in Takumi's chest.
