Alvin Hughes had been paying attention to their side all along, naturally noticing when they all stood up to leave, so he immediately got out of the water and ran over quickly.

He was talking while still shirtless, making Nancy Sutton somewhat afraid to look at him directly.
Sean Grant couldn't stand his behavior; even though they were friends, he directly threw a towel on Alvin Hughes.
"Hurry and put on some clothes, we're taking the two little ones to shower; they're probably tired of playing here."
Alvin Hughes glanced at Nancy Sutton and, seeing she didn't say much, could only follow them to the shower room to wash the sand off himself.
