Lizards pov
The home we are returning to is huge how did they live here guessing they didn't do much in there anyways
Going inside was really eye opening it was huge more open space then I imagined I could also see the roaches on their side I wonder if there more roaches here not all of them could have joined them, if I'm going to pledge my alignment to this two I need more on our side
Lizard " hey have you explored your hole territory"
Jake " well no I'm more on this side since it's where I have the waters and where I can trade for food"
Lizard " so you have not seen if your place has anything of use so you don't die"
Jake (small voice) "yeah"
Lizard " okay maybe you should start exploring that way we get better knowledge and see if we can get more allies I don't think every roach would join this caizer after all everyone wants something even us lowly animals"
Jake " but why would they go into my land"
Lizard " because you and them aren't fighting and the caizer won't provoke you into a fight just yet"
He stopped walking and started to think I couldn't tell what he was thinking or what he would do
The rest of the walk was quiet and finally we arrived to his home
Jake " hey you want to sleep inside or you could also go up there are many blankets you could sleep in"
Lizard " no thank you I'm going to explore around have a good night"
I left goin down the hallway I saw the bathroom it was on the roaches side and the many little kritars they are very cautious of me I just nodded to them and kept going down and I saw a room at the end where it was ripped in half so I kept going I saw a big camp on the roches side
The became alert and one of them cane forward and started to move their hand
Lizard " little roach I don't know what your saying?"
He looked confused but returned to his small camp and then came a roach that seamed to be the leader
? " do you understand me"
Surprised but hey I talk to
Lizard " yeah what do you want"
? " I'm octavian leader of the Caizers army and you are?"
Lizard " I'm a lizard and I work for Jake the human"
Octavian " oh so you work for the human, know I don't want to seam rude, but why do you work for him"
Lizard " I was destined to help him (forced) "
Octavian " ah destined hahaha good one anyways we are currently hunting down a couple of enemies of The Caizer and they ran to your land since you work for the human can I ask for permission to go in and kill them"
Lizard " by the looks of it you weren't going to ask and your men are ready to go in so no and I'm going to report this to my king"
Octavian " fine but we were never going to go in with out permission we will stay on our side"
He left
Great I need to find these enemies, I need them to join me
I searched everywhere and finally I saw where they where
I observer for hours into the night it was a small anclave of 20 to 30 of them
Lizard ' how did they lose these many of them I need to approach slowly'
How do we persuade them to join us, but what is the reason for them to run
They don't have food so I could approach with some food to win them over and negotiate
The move around,but they aren't united they keep them selfs separated
Hmm seams that one of them spotted me
Lizard " come i won't kill you I wish to talk to your leader I have a deal he might want to hear "
The small roach looked around and said "there's no leader we are just running away together"
Lizard " hmm we'll gather all the leaders of each of your runaways so we can speak i have a deal I wish to offer them"
" okay hold on"
After a bit six came up
1 " so what's this offer you have"
Lizard " hah straight toward i see, I wish for all of you to join my king and you will have protection against the caizer"
2 " if we didn't want to join the caizer what makes you think we would join you"
3 " exactly"
Lizard " well true, but you have nowhere to go because on that side there is the caizer on the other is the spiders and here is the human spider will kill you and the caizer too so the only option you have is the human"
4" well hes not wrong"
6 " doesn't matter can you even protect us"
Lizard " yes especially with our king"
5 " I join you i only have about 7 with me"
Lizard "that fine the rest of you hvae till morning and if you wont join you must leave"
I waited for the 8 and left I would return in the morning and if they don't join I will kill them
