Chapter 6 - •Chapter Six-Team Eleven

"Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno-"

"Yata~!"

"-And Sasuke Uchiha."

"Kya~! Yes!"

Naruto grumbled at being paired with his arch nemesis-Sasuke Uchiha. If it weren't for Sasuke he was sure he would have Saskura's unconditional love and heart by now. But this guy always had to ruin things wherever he went.

"Hmph."

Sasuke gave him no attention and looked outside the window. It was close to the end of the day and the area surrounding the school was vacant.

"Ahem, continuing on. Team eight will be Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame, Hinata Hyuga…"

Eventually Iruka came across team eleven and that's when Muhons ears perked. His name alongside the names of two of his classmates were called.

"Finally, team eleven," Said Iruka. "Muhon Hannya, Shin Aburame, and Sayaka Nara. That will be all from me. Your team leaders will come to get you in a few moments."

Muhon knew of Shin Aburame and Sayaka Nara. The two of them lingered somewhere in the upper-middle ranks of the class and were very reserved, keeping close to themselves.

Shin and Sayaka were also both well informed about the people in their class. However, to be paired with Muhon came as a surprise to them.

The doors once again slid open after Iruka's leave and Jonin began to pour in, each calling to their team.

"Team Eight, come with me."

"Team 10…"

"Team…"

In a span of two minutes all teams besides team eleven and team seven had left. Muhon cast a glance to his future teammates who did the same to him.

'I wonder what kind of sensei we'll have.'

Muhon thought. He didn't think for much longer as a tall man with wide shoulders strolled in.

He was easily two meters. His onyx shaggy hair rolled down his shoulders as his violet eyes scrutinized the children he would call his students.

Beforehand, he had already seen their profiles so he was familiar with their faces.

"Team Eleven, unless you have second thoughts on becoming a shinobi, follow me!"

'Shit!'

Muhon and his teammates sprinted down the large classroom and out of the door. From the ends of the hallway they could see his teachers quickly departing back.

"Haha!"

His loud boisterous laugh bounced off of the walls. Muhon was hot in pursuit and was closing in on his new sensei.

From outside of the academy gates and through Konoha. Their sensei had them chase him all throughout Konoha. Muhon had the sense as if they were getting played with.

Sayaka and Shin couldn't help but to feel the same. They didn't train their bodies like Muhon so it was hard to keep up. They only knew which way to go because they followed Muhons back which they assumed that he was following their team leader.

After fifteen minutes the chases stopped. The shaggy-haired man led them to an open field with trees surrounding the perimeters and evened grass in the center.

Muhon swiped the sweat from his forehead and breathed a sigh. Unlike the other two whose legs had given out on them and were out of breath, his breath was calm as he stood strong on the soles of his feet.

"Congratulations team, for officially becoming genin."

The man clapped, his grin widening by the second. Then it suddenly dropped.

"Though I'm uncertain if some of you really have what it takes to survive as a shinobi."

At that part he specifically gazed at Sayaka and Shin, not at all pleased by their performance.

The two kept their head down in shame.

He then pointed towards Muhon.

"As for you! I think I'll make you my favorite student for right now. I can tell you've put quite a bit of well-spent time into your body."

The sensei nodded. It wasn't normal for a freshly picked genin to match the speed of a Jonin, even if he did deliberately slow down in some instances so that they couldn't completely lose sight of him.

"Nonetheless, the effort the other two displayed was commendable. Anyway, my name is Yamamoto Sugita and I am your Team leader, sensei, and your… god."

Muhon gulped, behind that flippant and dismissive attitude was a beast that made his hairs stand up. Yamamoto sugita reminded him of his commander.

And from the aura he exuded, he knew this man was not someone to be trifled with nor disrespected.

Sayaka and Shin couldn't pinpoint it like Muhon, but they also felt the dangerous atmosphere around their new sensei.

"But you can just call me Yamamoto-Sensei."

Yamamoto smiled, retracting his previous blood list and returned the mood to a light one. "Anyway, let's get to know each other a little more shall we?"

Yamamoto motioned for Muhon to sit down and continued.

"Start off with basic background information about yourself such as your name. Then, move onto likes, dislikes, finally ending with a goal of yours. Starting with the girl."

Sayaka, by now had gotten her breathing under control. She was a short and petite women who were black cargo pants and a loose black T shirt.

Her dark hair spread well past her shoulders, and her dark eyes were full of life, not like what one would expect for the Nara's who were known to be lazy.

"My name is Sayaka Nara. My likes include star gazing and training. My dislikes are weak people who do nothing more than boast. My goal is to surpass Lady Tsunade and become the strongest Kunoichi."

"Alright, next."

Aburame Shin was a slim and frail handsome boy with black hair. He was a few centimeters taller than Sayaka and wore a trench coat.

"U-um. Im Aburame Shin. I like to study about poisons. I dislike closed spaces. And my goal is to serve Konoha until I die."

Finally it was Muhons turn.

"My name is Hannya Muhon. I like a lot of things and dislike a lot of things as well. My goal is to become an ANBU captain."

Muhon kept it short and simple. Yet, his introduction was the one that managed to capture Yamamoto's attention.

"Hm, why ANBU captain specifically?"

"I want to become someone similar to the fourth Hokage," Muhon answered. "But I also don't want to be tied down by too much paperwork so becoming an ANBU captain was the best solution I could think of at the moment. It also gives me a challenging path I can look forward to."

"Hahahahaha!"

Yamamoto wiped a tear from his eye. The boy almost reminded him of himself when he was younger. 'Yep, this is definitely my favorite.'

Muhon didn't question as to why Yamamoto laughed nor was he interested. He simply observed until the older man stopped laughing, once again donning a serious expression.

"Anyway. Miss Little Nara. You will never surpass lady tsunade. You have neither the talent nor potential as the Princess of the senju clan, the granddaughter of the god of shinobi. Seriously, what were you thinking making a goal like that?"

With a hand over his head, Yamamoto shook his head.

Sayaka's countenance changed, her dark eyes became frosty as she glared Yamamoto. Still, she dared not to say a thing. She was not suicidal.

Yamamoto smirked, clearly challenging her to say something.

Muhon shook his head. This sensei of his was bound to be difficult to deal with:

"Now," Yamamoto said. "Originally, I was supposed to give you all an additional evaluation test to see if you truly qualified to be an official shinobi of Konohagakure. But… I'm too lazy for that."

Muhon nearly feel over from Yamamoto's remarks. Those were not at all the words he ever imagined would come out of his mouth.

"With that being said, I'll break down our teams role in the grand scheme of events. First, we are an search and capture team. We search and capture. Very simple, right?"

"What's second?"

Muhon asked.

"Second is-are there any questions you may have for me?"

"I-"

"None. Perfect."

Muhon wouldn't admit it but that slick move from Yamamoto got under his skin. And the mans provocative knowing grin didn't make it any better.

Sayaka didn't even bother to hide her dislike for this teacher. However, this would only fuel Yamamoto more as he deemed her the easiest target for his antics.

Shins thoughts were unknown.

"Raise your hand if you want to take the Chunin exams in a few months." Yamamoto said.

All three right hands of his students instantly shot up with zero hesitation. This prompted him to tilt his head and smile.

"Good, good. I'll make sure to grind you all into the dirt so that you are ready when the time comes. Remember, you all asked for this."

Muhon and the team wouldn't understand the meaning of those words until a few days later.
