Meredith's POV
I was done with breakfast in no time.
"Thank you, Mary, the food was yummy," I said getting up from the table. She smiles and packs my lunch for me. She didn't have to but she always does.
"Dad are we going to the doctor or I should go to the office?" I asked giggling.
"You wish, to the doctor," he said wiping his mouth with the napkin and slamming it on the table.
"Ace, please take this to the office and have them work on it. I might be late to the office but my phone will be on so just in case of anything they can call me," I said giving him the files.
He nods and takes off. My dad and I sat in the car and we took off to the hospital. I was a little nervous to see the doctor, I didn't know what to feel.
"Are you okay?" My dad asked setting his hand on mine gently. "I'm a little nervous dad, I only hope my baby is doing well. I might not be ready and afraid I can't be the best mother my baby will need but I want her to be okay." I said with a soft smile.
