Matteo heard the explanation. He frowned. He understood that it wouldn't be easy to get an answer from Appraiser Frank.
His original character was coming out. He lost his patience and asked, "Appraiser Frank, I hope you will cooperate with me. This is not your territory.
"It's a city under the control of the water magic tower. Your presence here is suspicious. I want you to share the information with us," he added.
