From MC's Perspective:
The Supreme Wizard Ken continued to let out agonizing screams. His mana core is losing power to the mana core eating artifact.

The Evil Artifact becomes hard to control. While the Artifact is doing its job. The locked up prisoners are attacking the iron bars with their fragile body.
They understood that the person who had walked in was not eager to rescue them. The realisation sent a cold shiver down their spines.
If they don't do anything, then they will die next..
On the other hand, my focus is entirely on controlling the evil magic artifact. As the time goes by, the evil artifact gets hard to control.
My fear is that I could be attacked by the black streak of light. Once it happens, I don't think I could escape the fate of death either.

At one point, the screaming stopped abruptly. A huge stone fell from my heart. Before I could let go of my hand from the Artifact.
