Silver Tower
Elder Dana appreciated me once again before leaving the Silver Tower. She had some other work to do.
Everyone watched her leave. None of us said anything. I should have asked her more about the outer hall and its rules, but I was still digesting the shock.
I still needed time to sort out my thoughts. I couldn't believe that I had become a member of the Mage Union Outer Hall.
Charlotte's device buzzed. She took it out and read the messages.
Her expression shifted. She remembered some important work left unfinished; she had stopped halfway before coming here, but now that situation was sorted out.
Charlotte didn't want to waste time here. She decided to leave as well. She had wanted to meet Forbidden Wizard Erwin, but he was resting now.
She would come back later to see him. Before leaving, she turned toward me and asked, "What are you going to do next?"
"I'm going back to Crystal City. I have a shop and a house there," I replied.
