And let the party...begin.
Seraphiel freed us all and we had most of the evidence in our hands. I bet the headquarters didn't see this coming.
There were too many guards.
That was the only thing repeating in my head as steel clashed around us. The hallway was packed with soldiers barely older than children, yet each one fought with terrifying strength. Their faces were twisted with rage. Their eyes looked wrong.
Cyrus shoved one guard into the wall and punched another across the jaw. "Why are these kids hitting like trucks?!"
Krune was already losing his mind.
"I would rather die than fight fifteen year olds!" he screamed while blocking three attacks at once. "This is humiliating!"
One of the soldiers slammed him into a broken shelf. Krune wheezed and nearly dropped his sword.
Nearby, Gena and Akira were struggling badly. Gena's arm was bleeding and Akira could barely hold his stance anymore. Two guards kept cornering them near the stairs.
