Ashtel actually knew the 'Demon King's World Authority' pretty well, as he had fought the other party just a few decades ago.
Back then, Ashtel's own World Authority was barely around level 3, and yet he was still able to go toe to toe with the Demon King.
Which meant that currently the demon king wasn't as much of a threat to him anymore with his increased strength.
"Unless the demon king has been secretly replaced by some new fellow who has a completely different world authority than him..."
