The problem was that the sister were giving birth to an Ogre's child. Normally when an Ogre child is born it would take some nutrients from the mother. Unfortunately since the sister were human the kids had a chance to devour their wombs thus killing them. With that information we quickly returned to the carriage to find the sisters looking worse. In desperation Rou was about to rip off his arm to feed them but I stopped him. Before he could say anything I opened my third and let vitality flow from it into the sisters' bodies. We quickly found a cave for them to give birth in and made sure they were comfortable. I maintained their their lifeforces until it became clear that the babies were ready to be born. Rou preformed a surgery to remove the babies from the sisters' stomachs. The first to give birth was the older sister Felicia following closely behind was Alma the little sister.Each gave birth to a girl and boy. The kids were apparently mixed bloods that were blessed with the ability to rank up. At the same time they can also use the human job system.
According to Goblin gramps normally when they are born mixed bloods are either killed or treated poorly. Rou refused to kill them and swore to treat them with love. I of course agreed with his thinking. By the way when everything was over Seiji said something that would have made things easier. I guess it is like they say hindsight is twenty-twenty. After the kids were birth it started to rain so we stayed in the cave. Luckily Rou already expanded it so we had plenty of room to train. Hours later the rain finally stopped but was replaced by a blizzard. Seeing that Rou decided we would stay in the cave for a while longer. Since that was the case everyone went on to do their own thing. Shera was playing with the kids so I went out for a walk. To me being in the blizzard was like returning home. Feeling energized I wondered through the snow as I did came a cross four armed bears. There was also few a Ice slimes as well.
Eventually I encountered an injuried mother wolf protecting her pups from a park of other wolves. The wolf mother and the pups had snow white fur while the others were grey. Feeling sorry for them I jumped in. The pack numbered around 50 which shocked me. When they saw me the wolves did not hesitate to attack me. My first move was also the last because I froze them all at once. When I was done I stored them just in case they can be useful. Done there I turned to mother who was baring her fangs at me. I locked eyes with for a while before healing her. Once she noticed her wounds disappearing mama wolf calmed down. I then took out some food to give them. Without waiting a second the pups jumped and started to devour their meat. I waited for them to almost finish before heading out. Right behind me was the wolf family.
OgaHou: Look I am not going to give you anymore food so you should get going.
Once again we locked eyes but this time mother wolf was trying to tell me something.
OgaHou: So you are trying to say you want to follow me?
She nodded her head to answer my question.
OgaHou: Fine you can came but just a heads up we are traveling right now so we will have to leave here.
Her eyes filled with determination were all I needed to know her answer. No longer wasting time with anymore questions I started walking again. We hunted a few more beast before heading back to the cave. On the way back we ran in to Rou who instantly made them on edge but I quickly calmed them down.
OgaRou: After you saved them almost instantly they became attached to you. I have to say you are damn lucky.
I simply smiled at him while we continued to return back to the cave. When we returned all of the humans had a shocked expression on their faces. The reason was because my new friends are apparently a rare subspecies called snow wolves. Snow wolves were thought to be extinct because of how rarely they are seen. it is said that they have the potential to evolve into fenrirs. I nodded my head wondering what the future held for my snow wolf mother and pups. For now all that matters is that the pups look adorable playing with Auro and Argento. We laughed at the pups trying to drag the kids. Finally it was time for us to go to sleep for the night. Laid down and quickly fell to sleep before I knew what was happening.
