Howard Geoffrey lifted Becca's chin, looking at her pouting lips, unable to resist a smile, "So someone spilled the vinegar jar..."
Becca irritably punched Howard's body with her small fists, "You lied to me, you lied to me again..."
Fearful that Becca might accidentally touch his wound in her agitation, Howard quickly grasped her fists and coaxed, "I didn't lie to you, I've truly handled everything with Alice."
Becca looked at him complainingly, "Are you planning to marry Alice and make me the home wrecker?"
Howard immediately furrowed his brows, "Where did such a startling idea come from?"
Becca angrily pushed Howard away, "Aren't all rich people like this? One at home, N number outside."
Howard gave a wry smile, "If I really thought that way, I wouldn't have chosen you..."
Becca gave Howard a fierce glare, "So you're saying I can't compare to Alice?"
