Howard Geoffrey tried hard to lower his tone, "Speak, why aren't you speaking?"
Rebecca Quentin pushed Geoffrey's hand away and raised her head to face him, raging with all his anger. She couldn't control her emotions anymore, glaring at him with eyes filled with burning tears, and tried to mercilessly spit out, "I don't love you anymore, Howard, I don't love you!! Are you satisfied?"
"Really?" Facing Rebecca's answer, Howard sneered.
"Why are you laughing?"
"I laugh because you're trying to deceive yourself in front of me."
Rebecca laughed sarcastically too, "The one deceiving themselves is you, Howard. Do you think you can still make me believe your superb acting with just a few words?"
Never before had he been so angry to the point of wanting to explode, Howard frenzily wanted to scream, and desperately wanted to laugh. His originally raging emotions were all forcefully suppressed into patience for her, "Do you dare to say one more time that you already don't love me?"
