Isabella moved a chair over, sat by Becca's bedside, her eyes fixed on the little one sleeping soundly beside Becca.
"He's so tiny..."
"He weighs seven pounds, not that small."
Isabella reached out to gently touch the baby's rosy cheek, "His skin is so smooth... Uh, my hands aren't sanitized, I won't pass germs to the baby, will I?" Realizing her oversight, Isabella quickly withdrew her hand.
Becca laughed, "Silly, babies aren't that delicate. If I had to be so cautious, I'd probably spend all my time disinfecting every day."
"Heh..." Isabella chuckled, refraining from touching the baby again, and leaned against the headboard, unable to resist asking, "Whom does the child resemble? I can't tell at all..."
"Of course, he looks like..." Becca instinctively began, but then realized that mentioning that person would be inappropriate and awkward. She quickly said, "Like me!"
