Ignoring the cheering behind him, Geoffrey's lips curved into a faint smile.
Secretary Lisa Cecily followed behind Geoffrey, also excited because of the doubled bonus, and couldn't help but ask, "CEO, you almost scared them half to death just now."
"Really? Am I that fierce?"
Lisa didn't dare answer.
Geoffrey's smile grew wider, "If I don't curb their arrogance a bit, they won't work harder for 'Skytop'."
Lisa laughed, "CEO, that's a clever tactic, making them feel like they went from hell to heaven!"
Geoffrey just smiled silently and entered his office.
Lisa followed him in, placing a pile of documents on Geoffrey's desk, and said, "CEO, you've seemed inexplicably joyful lately, haven't you?"
Geoffrey opened a document and signed at the bottom, engrossed, and responded, "Oh, you feel that way?"
