Howard Geoffrey exhaled slowly, "You should get some sleep, I'll go outside for a smoke."
Rebecca Quentin nodded.
When Howard returned from smoking, he saw Rebecca sitting by the window in a daze.
With him around, of course, she wouldn't dare sleep...
Howard understood Rebecca's cautious mind and didn't mind it. He softly asked, "It's noon, are you hungry?"
Rebecca turned to look at Howard and nodded.
Howard said indifferently, "I'll change my clothes."
He might have gone to the car to get clothes when he was outside smoking because he was often very busy, sometimes so much that he had no time to pick out clothes. So Jason Wood and Secretary Cecily always remembered to prepare a complete outfit for him in his car for when he needed it.
Rebecca immediately stood up and quickly said, "I'll wait for you downstairs."
"Mm."
With that, Rebecca left the room in a hurry as if escaping.
Because she was hungry, Rebecca didn't wait for Howard to come before she ordered food.
