Aizen, is Mr. Hamano's death really not my fault?"
Sonoko Suzuki looked at Aizen with teary eyes, hoping to get a positive answer from her boyfriend.
"Silly girl, of course it has nothing to do with you."
Aizen put his arm around Sonoko Suzuki's shoulder and said, "It's like throwing darts and getting a gift. If the gift is not good, you can't blame the person who threw the darts, right?"
Ran Mouri also said, "Sonoko, Aizen is right, this has nothing to do with you."
"That's right, don't overthink it."
Asami Uchida also said.
"Thank you!"Hearing the three people's comforting words, Suzuki Sonoko felt much better.
Aizen looked at Kiyohiro Sugama and asked, "Mr. Sukama, may I ask why you asked that question earlier?"
Kiyohiro Sugama looked at everyone and said, "I was thinking, could the culprit actually be one of us, or could one of us have conspired with the culprit, using some method to make Mr. Hamano the one planning the entertainment program, so that Mr. Hamano would be alone in the room, and we could then murder him."
"Really?"
Kuroda Naoko looked at everyone. If that were the case, wouldn't it be very dangerous for her to be with them?
Kikue Tanaka said, "I don't think so. We're just magic enthusiasts. Even if we wanted to, we probably wouldn't have that ability."
"I can do that,"
Aizen said, looking at everyone. "However, I only came here today because of Asami. This is my first time meeting Mr. Hamano, and I don't know the Escape King or the Shadow Priest. I have no reason to harm Mr. Hamano. I wonder if you're willing to believe me?"
Before the others could say anything, Sonoko Suzuki immediately said, "Aizen, really, how could you possibly kill someone?"
Asami Uchida then said, "The four of us were playing cards upstairs the whole time. You didn't leave the room for even a second."
"Exactly!"
Ran Mouri nodded vigorously upon hearing this. She simply didn't believe that Aizen would kill someone. In her heart, Aizen was brave and kind, and would never do anything bad, let alone kill someone.
Kikue Tanaka spoke up, "Don't worry, we don't believe Mr. Aizen is the murderer, nor do we think he would harm Mr. Hamano. As he himself said, he has no reason to do so, especially since it was his first time meeting Mr. Hamano."
Yoshinori Ara, Naoko Kuroda, Katsuki Doito, and Kiyohiro Sugama all nodded in agreement, clearly agreeing with Kikue Tanaka's words.
"The culprit definitely isn't Aizen, but could it really be the Escape King and the Shadow Priest who haven't arrived yet?"
Conan pondered to himself, expressing doubt about the possibility of the Escape King and the Shadow Priest being the murderers. Because if the culprit really was these two, once they left and reported the crime, the police could easily find them online, rendering their supposed method of committing the crime meaningless. Of course, they couldn't be ruled out entirely; if they had prepared alibis, they could still be the culprits.
Naoko Kuroda said, "Since it can't be Mr. Aizen, and we don't have that ability, I think the rest of us are fine."
"No, besides me, there's another skilled magician here,"
Aizen suddenly spoke up, his eyes scanning the crowd before finally settling on Takaki Doi.
Seeing everyone looking at him, Katsuki Doito immediately raised his hands and said, "I'm just a magic enthusiast, I don't have any magic skills that advanced, you have to believe me."
"That's not necessarily true,"
Kiyohiro Sugama said before Aizen could speak, "Perhaps Katsuki Doito's magic ability is indeed average, but your magic is definitely extraordinary, capable of replacing paper."
"Um..."
Kuroda Naoko looked at Katsuki Doito, then at Kiyohiro Sugama, and said, "Mr. Sugama, I don't quite understand what you mean."
Tanaka Kikue also said, "I don't quite understand either, you almost made me faint."
"It seems I'm not the only one who noticed something was wrong."
Aizen stood up and looked at Katsuki Doito, saying, "Actually, when I first arrived at this villa and learned your name, Mr. Katsuki Doito, I already knew your true identity. You really don't know how to hide it, you just chose such a name, you're practically telling me your true identity directly."
"What do you mean?"
Hearing Aizen's words, everyone looked at Katsuki Doito.
Aizen said in a deep voice, "Show your true colors, Phantom Thief Kid!"
"Phantom Thief Kid?!"
Except for those who already knew, everyone exclaimed in unison, clearly not expecting Katsuki Doito to be Phantom Thief Kid.
"Honestly, if I had known you, the great detective, would come here, I wouldn't have chosen such a simple name."
Katsuki Doito stood up, took two steps back as he spoke, turned around, and with a flick of his wrist, the chubby Katsuki Doito vanished, replaced by a snow-white Phantom Thief Kid.
"Lord Kid?!"
Sonoko Suzuki exclaimed upon seeing this, getting up to leave her seat.
"Don't go over there."
Aizen stopped Sonoko Suzuki, his voice low and serious. "An impossible crime, an ordinary person couldn't do it, but for Phantom Thief Kid with his hang glider, it's a very simple thing."
"Hey, hey!!"
Phantom Thief Kid raised his hands and said, "Let me state first, I didn't kill anyone. I was downstairs with Ms. Naoko Kuroda setting the table with her."
Naoko Kuroda nodded, "That's right, Doito... no, Phantom Thief Kid was indeed setting the table with me."Aizen asked , "Were you two always setting the table together? Does that mean he never left alone or was alone?"Naoko Kuroda hesitated for a moment and said, "I didn't see him for the first ten minutes or so; I was helping in the kitchen."
Hearing this, everyone looked at Phantom Thief Kid. Naoko Kuroda's words were very unfavorable to him.
