Bao Lin continued to walk, ignoring the fact that she was being stared at as if she's some sort of ghost rather than celebrity. She reached the dining table and was about to sit when lady Kim startled her by stopping her.
" Wait, who are you and what are you doing here" She asked with a serious face. Bao Lin looked behind to see if there's another person she was talking to but to her surprise lady Kim grabbed her hand and started dragging her out of the dining room.
"Lady Kim, what do you think you're doing." Bao Lin chimed her face, darkened. She was so good to these people so they started to treat her like a joke?
Lady Kim shivered, this is not her young miss it can't be she let her hand and grabbed her phone to make a phone call. When she looks closer, the person really resembles the young master Bao, but this person is a boy, not a girl like they told her, so she has to confirm things.
" Hello Master, could you please come? Help me with this suspicious young miss, okay I am waiting" she said and then ended the call.
Bao Lin rolled her eyes, this lady must be crazy, she was happy a few hours back but now she acts like she's a stranger. No she has to find out why they are suspicious about her, she was about to head back to her room when lady Kim stopped her again.
" What is wrong with you, lady? I am not a thief you know, stop looking at me like that" Bao Lin was done acting nice, these people really think that she's a joke. Before long she heard a car parking outside, lady Kim looked at her and went outside.
" Can someone tell what's fucking going on? " She cursed, and the maids dropped their jaws. This boy is still young but very arrogant, how brave is he to come here and curse?.
" Calm down sir, lady Kim has called... Master... " One maid tried to explain, but stopped once Bao Shaoting entered with lady Kim explaining the situation.
When Bao Shaoting got a call, he came immediately because he thought that his young and innocent daughter had brought a boy on first day she requested to live a lone, ' Was this the reason she asked him to stay alone? I am going to kill that boy' He thought with dark lines visible on his forehead.
"Dad, what's going on?" He heard a small boy asking him and for a moment he didn't know what to do, he came in here wanting to strangle the thing but after looking at him he became stuck. Why does he look so much like him, did Bianca give birth to twins and didn't let him know? Bao Shaoting asked himself while shaking his head.
" Who are you, huh?" That is a word he managed to come out with. Bao Lin widened her eyes, did something happen to her face when she was bathing? ' Wait was those things I saw earlier was really not a dream?' She thought before running back to her room.
" Stop right there" She heard Bao Shaoting coming after her, she was screwed how is she going to explain the situation? She had to come out with a plan.
Bao Shaoting panicked that was her daughter's room, even though the boy resembled him. He doesn't know him and doesn't even trust him. What if he does something to his innocent baby? No he can't allow that to happen in front of him.
Bao Lin entered her room and closed it, she ran to the bathroom to take a look at her self, when she saw her self, her legs turned soft. Before she knew it, she was sitting on the floor good thing she dried the floor after bathing.
"What am I going to do? Bao Lin think something " She told her self when she heard Bao shaoting knocking and shouting at the door.
Suddenly a voice came into her mind and started telling what to do, she almost jumped in fear. How did her life become this mess?
"Who are you?" She asked feeling angry because of this damn voice her head started hurting. " I will tell you but first do what I told you to do" Came the annoying small voice.
Bao Lin sighed before opening the door reviling the angry man who looked like he was going to swallow her alive. " Came down first will you?" She asked, looking so serious than ever.
Mr Bao looked at him but had to calm down anyway he wanted to know where is his daughter and why is this small boy at his place." Okay, tell me, I want to know everything." He demanded.
"Okay, I am Bao Lian though I trimmed my air and my skin got a bit lighter because I have used some cosmetics," She lied without blinking. Mr Bao didn't look convinced but he had to admit that the boy still looks like her daughter.
" So, how do you explain about that small Adam's apple in your neck" He crossed his arms and lifted his brows. When she explained he saw that she's Bao Lian plus the height was of his daughter and because of the light skin she has now, it was so hard to believe that she's her daughter.
He wanted to teas her a little, who told he r to scare him while back?. And he had to admit that his daughter was so handsome and beautiful at the same time. " Well, I have always been with it, remember that's why people always thought that I was a boy instead of a girl " She lied again looking straight in his eyes and this made Mr Bao to chuckle.
" You scared me to death, please next time tell me in advance to avoid these small misunderstanding" He said hugging her and Bao Lin sighed out loud 'why was he easily convinced? Did he believe in me that much or didn't want to make me uncomfortable?' Her thoughts were interrupted when her Dad dragged her back to the dining room where lady Kim was pacing back and forth.
" It's sorted and from now on wards, do everything he.. Tells you to do" He said even making Bao Lin's jaw to drop. This man really spoils her much, he believes in her and respects her ideas. ' Maybe he owed me in my last life' she thought and hugged him once again with moist eyes.
"Thank you Dad, thank you" She added
"My pleasure to help dear, i want you to know that you're not alone, i am always here for you and with that i am going to spend a night here with you" He said and they all laughed.
" Oh, you just want to free lord here, and how are you going to explain to your.." She didn't finish her words.
" My wife, right? Don't worry this is not the first time I don't sleep at home plus I want to have this super with you" He added.
They moved to the dining table where the already cold food was replaced with the hot one, " I am sorry young master I didn't know that you were a boy" Lady Kim apologized making both Bao Lin and Mr Bao to choke on their food.
Bao Lin nodded her head and heard what they wereall thinking.
' I now know why she told me to address her as him, it turned out that she was a boy, then why was he always wearing girl clothes? ... Don't tell me that he's gay... ' Her thoughts were interrupted when she heard Bao Lin being choked by food and it looked serious.
She quickly passed her water but was pushed away in end ' I was only trying to help, it seems he has not yet forgiven me, maybe i will bring my nephew here to play with him.. oh what if he does... ' Again she heard her coughing and this time around she was told to go.
Bao Lin tried to stop her self from listening to all those thoughts of that perverted woman but couldn't , it seems she has to learn how to control this power but before that she had to send them away. When she looked at her new Dad, he looked worried.
" You seem distracted, is everything okay? do you want me to move here with.... " , he stopped . " No no i am perfectly fine, whose daughter am I? Of course you a great man. I can do this" She said reviling her white teeth.
"Ayah! Who taught you those words, huh! good thing you moved away from that woman" He said and they both laughed. There's this smooth conversation between the two, when they are together they both feel comfortable and happy it's like they were born to be father and daughter.
