After listening to Zhang He's words, Ling Feng was still somewhat confused.
He hurriedly asked, "Why change places?"
"Tectonic movements. There will be a magnitude five earthquake soon; the place where they're living will no longer exist. They must relocate!" Zhang He explained.
"Uh, so we've become a refugee haven?" Ling Feng asked.
"Sort of. This matter is highly confidential and must not be leaked!" Zhang He said.
Ling Feng was puzzled, "Why do this? For humanitarian reasons?"
"Not entirely. There are benefits, but they're not immediately visible."
Zhang He smiled and continued, "And it does relate to humanitarian concerns. We can't just watch hundreds of thousands of lives get buried underground, can we?"
"I understand."
Ling Feng nodded, then looked at Zhang He, "You've got your eye on my Underground City!"
"Correct!"
Zhang He didn't beat around the bush and nodded directly, "It's the best choice right now."
