Du Ruoyan and Jiang Hai are currently shopping at the mall.
Outside the scorching sun blazes, but inside the mall, it's pleasantly cool.
Du Ruoyan picks up a gray elephant handbag and holds it against her shoulder, trying it on.
"How about it, does it look good?"
Jiang Hai smiles at her, a hint of satisfaction appearing on his fair face, as if he's observing prey in his palm.
"How could it not look good on you? Let's go with this one."
Du Ruoyan blooms into a smile and coquettishly gives Jiang Hai a look.
"You're just brushing me off, right? Are you thinking of wrapping this up quickly and not wanting to shop with me?"
Jiang Hai raises an eyebrow, "What are you talking about? If you want to shop, go ahead; I'll get you a whole new outfit, too."
Du Ruoyan beams with joy, just about to act coy to get him under her thumb, when Jiang Hai suddenly takes out his phone.
"I need to take a call."
Du Ruoyan instinctively moves closer, "Is it a guy or a girl?"
"Xiaosun."
