In the darkness of the night, several streams of light flashed by, as Yusuf Zuck set out overnight for East Departure City with Pier, Broderick Hopkins, the Saint Master, Dahei, and the Santiago couple.
East Departure City was the city where Robert Baxter, the Eastern Heavenly Emperor, resided. The Eastern Heavenly Emperor was once renowned as one of the five Great Emperors in the world and the chief disciple of Kenneth Melton, the Tao Ancestor.
Yusuf Zuck held a grudge against all the Heavenly Emperors since then. So, when Mrs. Santiago and Old Santiago asked for help, he conveniently used this opportunity to kill.
East Departure City was far from Pier Dojo. After traveling overnight, they finally reached the outskirts of the city after daybreak.
