The helicopter hovered above the cliff and finally landed.
In winter, the snow here is extremely deep.
Warren was the first to jump off the helicopter, then raised his hands. Little Ginger leaped from above, and Warren caught her, carefully placing her on the ground.
From the helicopter, she had already seen some of the cliff's situation. Once she landed, Little Ginger ran towards the edge of the cliff.
Worried something might happen to her, Warren quickly followed.
The little girl in a fiery red outfit carried a tiny trinket bag on her back, standing dazedly at the edge of the cliff, staring blankly at the bottom.
How deeply can a child miss their father? Warren thought he understood the most and had the deepest feelings. He grew up by his mother's side but never a day did he not long for fatherly love.
Looking at the small, brave figure of Little Ginger standing in the wind, Warren softly called, "Little Ginger."
