The 'uncle' Little Ginger referred to was White Palmer. Ever since Vicki Johnson passed away, White Palmer had been traveling around the world, calling Palmer Manor now and then to let them know he was safe. The last time he checked in was a year ago, and then he disappeared without a trace.
Sir Palmer was really worried with no news of him for the entire year. Harlan Palmer had sent people to find him, but they couldn't locate any sign of White. So it was understandable that Harlan and Beauty Child rushed back to River State upon suddenly receiving news.
As they chatted, it was already dinner time.
