When Audrey woke up, she felt completely sore and weak, even more so than when she was training at the martial arts field.
A hand was holding hers. She sensed it was Clement Drew.
Opening her eyes, she saw the smiling person looking at her, and she was somewhat lost in thought.
"You're awake. Do you feel uncomfortable anywhere? Do you need me to call a doctor?" Clement asked while getting up to sit on the edge of the bed, helping Audrey sit up, and placing a pillow behind her to lean on.
Realizing it was a hospital, Audrey asked, "What happened to me?"
Hearing her hoarse voice, Clement picked up the water cup from the bedside table and brought it to her lips, saying, "Here, drink some water first."
The cup had a straw, making it easy to drink.
Seeing her obediently drinking the water, Clement felt greatly relieved. After she finished, he put down the cup and said, "You drank a lot last night, which caused full-body convulsions, so I brought you to the hospital."
