The Price family is a large family, and the place where they reside used to be a prince's residence in the old days.
Clark Price and Emma Price live in a secluded courtyard, which has a private garden, living room, kitchen, study, and there is also an artificial lake in the yard.
After retiring, the couple mostly stay at home writing poems and painting, reciting poems and singing songs. Clark has even raised a pair of mynahs, teaching them to speak in his spare time.

The mynah hanging on one side of the corridor immediately started calling out as soon as it saw Audrey, flapping its wings.
Audrey was delighted to see it, placing a few prepared pumpkin seeds in the mynahs' food bowl, saying, "Good boy, here, this is your reward."
One of the mynahs surprisingly mimicked her and said 'your reward' as well.
