Wang Zilin has been Wen Bing's long-time partner.
Previously, when shooting "Life," Wang Zilin helped out in Wen Bing's film crew. In subsequent films, she was still around, handling different tasks but all in positions requiring patience and management skills.
In a film crew, there are at least twenty people, and managing their daily needs is a significant issue.
Wang Zilin, with her rich management experience and familiarity with the team, managed it smoothly.
Wang Zilin said, "By the way, I was chatting on the way here, and the kid doesn't even know what acting here is about, not even having discussed remuneration."
Zhou Yun said, "Let the director talk to him first. If the director wants to use him, then we can sign a contract."
Wen Bing said, "This film only has a budget of ten million, can't offer a high salary."
"The pay isn't the issue. If necessary, I'll share some of my pay," Zhou Yun said. "Who would act in your film just for the remuneration?"
