Zhou Yun suddenly stood up and walked away.
Zhou Yun was stunned.
Was it because what she'd just said was too blunt and pissed Li Ci off so much that he stormed off?
Zhou Yun was utterly surprised.
She really hadn't expected that Li Ci's temper was still this bad.
Zhou Yun thought over what she'd just said. Although she had indeed been very direct, maybe a bit heavy-handed, it was something that had to be said.
Zhou Yun couldn't recommend an irresponsible Li Ci to another crew; that would be screwing that crew over.
So why did Li Ci suddenly leave?
Because he felt his pride was hurt?
Zhou Yun sat in her seat, lost in thought for a long time.
It was close to three o'clock when Zhou Yun finally got up to look for He Yong.
Who knew she'd run into Li Ci again at the door of He Yong's office.
Li Ci was tangling with He Yong's secretary.
"I know He Yong is in there. Go tell him this: if he doesn't see me today, I'm not leaving!" Li Ci said to He Yong's secretary.
