It was Luna White's wedding day. How could her best friend, Faye Lockwood, possibly be absent?
"Faye, you're finally here! I was starting to think you weren't coming."
"By the way, did you come alone?"
Luna White spoke with delight, but she still glanced around expectantly, hoping to see Ian Lockwood.
'Although there's no chance for us anymore, we can still be friends. I can't quite forget him, after all.'
'But it's pointless to think about that now. As long as I can get my revenge, I'm willing to sacrifice anything.'
"Listen to you. We're best friends. It's your wedding day, how could I possibly not come?"
"As for my brother, he asked me to send his best. He's busy with company matters right now and couldn't get away. Please forgive him."
Faye felt a little awkward when Luna asked about her brother, so she just gave a vague laugh to brush it off.
"Hello, Miss Lockwood. I heard from Luna that you two are best friends. Welcome to our wedding."
