Since they needed Specter's help with the task at hand, Lena had to do as he said. She immediately sent someone to fetch the medicine, but Specter didn't respond to what she'd said earlier.
This displeased Lena, and she pressed him again. "I've already sent someone to get your medicine, but did you hear what I said? I think I would be a much better friend to you than Vera Warner."
