"Aske." Peggy closed the balcony door and turned around, her voice filled with hope as she asked,
"Can I sleep with you tonight?"
"What?" Aske was startled by her request, "Of course not."
"But I can't sleep tonight." Peggy walked to his bedside, showing the aggrieved expression she had practiced for a long time in the mirror. Paired with the pretty face of a Blood Clan girl, she indeed looked pitiable.
However, Aske was utterly unmoved. To put it bluntly, if Peggy lifted the blanket, the room would probably explode tonight, so he could only firmly shake his head and say,
"I'm too tired tonight, really can't stay with you, maybe next time. Peggy."
"Next time?" Peggy was unexpectedly pleased. She hadn't really expected the Squad Leader to agree to her intimate request tonight, but securing a 'next time' was still good.
Just as she was about to happily say something, she heard Eleanor's voice outside:
"Squad Leader, are you there?"
