Why did I decide to form an alliance with Nora?

That day, her explanation to Nora was, "Sigrdrifa and Mia also dislike Aske, but that doesn't stop Medea and Miel from wooing them. After all, factions inherently reject those outside their circle, so we must form alliances to protect ourselves."
Although this theory had convinced Nora, it actually didn't convince Thira. The theory itself was sound—if Nora had presented this theory to seek an alliance, Thira would have gladly agreed.
The real issue was that Thira herself shouldn't have been the one to propose the alliance—since she wasn't the primary contender for interest. Whomever Aske ultimately belonged to, she shouldn't care at all...
