Sorry for the delay over the last few days, guys.

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Deep beneath the layers of rubble, inside a heavily buried underground parking garage, a black sports car lay pinned beneath massive slabs of concrete and twisted steel.

Inside the vehicle were two women.

Natasha Romanoff.

Maria Hill.

The interior was dark and silent. Dust floated through the air, and only the faint emergency lights inside the vehicle provided a dim glow.

Natasha forced a bitter smile.

"It looks like we're trapped in this underground tomb."

Hill smiled helplessly as well.

"Yeah."

"I don't know whether we're lucky or unlucky."

"We're lucky because we're still alive."

Natasha leaned back in her seat with a sigh.

"But being trapped down here..."

"...isn't much different from dying."

She raised her head slightly, listening carefully.

"The violent tremors just now..."

"And that enormous explosion that reached all the way underground..."

"I'm afraid that was a nuclear explosion."

Hill nodded without hesitation.

"It definitely was."

"I've heard recordings of nuclear detonations before."

"Only a nuclear weapon could produce a shockwave on that scale."

She looked around at the cracked ceiling.

"New York has probably been completely destroyed."

After a brief pause, she added coldly,

"Considering Jack is involved..."

"I can't say I'm surprised."

A cold light flashed through Natasha's eyes.

"Jack..."

She slowly clenched her fists.

"Jack..."

"I can't let this end here."

"I absolutely have to take revenge."

"If I die like this..."

"I'll never accept it."

Hill's eyes also became determined.

"Hatred really has become your motivation."

She smiled bitterly.

"But you're right."

"We can't give up."

"We still haven't settled things with Jack."

Natasha nodded firmly.

"If we can somehow start this car..."

"Maybe we can force our way back to the surface."

Even she knew how slim that possibility was.

Hill immediately agreed.

"We have to try."

"No matter how small the chance is, it's still better than waiting here to die."

The two women immediately began working together.

They checked the engine.

The battery.

The electrical system.

Anything that might still function.

Again.

And again.

Several minutes passed.

Finally—

Vroom!

The engine suddenly roared to life.

The entire vehicle trembled.

Natasha and Hill looked at each other.

Surprise filled both of their faces.

"It started!"

Natasha couldn't hide her excitement.

"I can't believe it actually started!"

Hill let out a long sigh of relief.

"Looks like luck is finally on our side."

Natasha immediately pressed the accelerator.

Boom!

The wheels spun rapidly.

Chunks of broken concrete were thrown in every direction.

The powerful engine pushed against the collapsed debris.

The car moved forward several centimeters.

The two women's eyes lit up.

"This car's performance is incredible."

Natasha was genuinely surprised.

"The power is far beyond what I expected."

Seeing hope, Hill quickly urged,

"Natasha!"

"Keep going!"

"Don't stop!"

Natasha nodded.

"I know."

She slammed the accelerator all the way down.

The engine roared continuously.

The sports car forced its way through the collapsed underground garage little by little, crushing smaller rocks while larger slabs were gradually pushed aside.

Time slowly passed.

Nearly an hour later—

Boom!

The scorched earth suddenly burst open.

A black sports car shot out from beneath the ground like a beast breaking free from its cage.

It leaped more than three meters into the air before crashing heavily back onto the ground.

"We made it!"

Natasha laughed happily.

"Hahaha!"

"Hahaha!"

She raised her head toward the sky.

"I'll personally tell that bastard Jack..."

"I'm still alive!"

Hill couldn't help laughing too.

"That's right."

"We're alive."

However, their smiles quickly disappeared.

The two women stared blankly at everything around them.

Silence filled the air.

The land was completely black.

Smoke continued rising from every direction.

Looking into the distance, nothing remained except endless scorched earth.

Ruined buildings had completely vanished.

Scattered fires still burned among the wreckage.

The entire city resembled the end of the world.

Hill swallowed unconsciously.

"New York..."

"It wasn't just destroyed..."

"It practically disappeared."

Natasha slowly shook her head.

"From today onward..."

"There is no New York anymore."

Fortunately, neither she nor Hill was an American citizen.

Otherwise, seeing a city disappear before their eyes would have been even harder to accept.

Just then—

A voice suddenly echoed from inside the vehicle.

"My two future mistresses..."

"The nuclear radiation here is far too intense."

"If we stay any longer..."

"I'm afraid even I might become abnormal."

Hill's expression changed instantly.

She looked around cautiously.

"Who's talking?"

The black sports car calmly replied,

"I am the vehicle you're currently riding in."

"You may call me..."

"Crosshairs."

"My mission is to ensure your safety."

"I'll take both of you away from this place immediately."

As soon as the words fell, the black sports car accelerated forward on its own.

Hill was completely dumbfounded.

"What... what is going on?"

"Who exactly are you?"

Natasha, however, remained much calmer.

After all, she had already ridden in Lamborghini after it transformed into a Transformer.

Compared to that, a talking car wasn't particularly shocking anymore.

Meanwhile—

Deep within the darkened wasteland—

A young girl wearing a pure white dress quietly walked across the scorched earth.

The terrifying nuclear radiation seemed incapable of affecting her in the slightest.

She muttered to herself,

"Where is that idiot Jack?"

"He isn't dead, is he?"

Naturally—

The girl was White Queen.

Just then—

A familiar voice sounded behind her.

"Who were you saying was dead?"

White Queen immediately turned around.

Jack.

Alice.

Ada.

The three had finally arrived.

The moment she saw Jack, the grievances she had been suppressing immediately surfaced.

"You finally decided to show up!"

"You idiot!"

"I almost died!"

"Do you know that?"

Jack immediately walked over.

"My fault."

"My fault."

Without another word, he pulled White Queen into his embrace.

He gently patted her back.

"It's alright."

"It's all over now."

"I'm here."

White Queen rolled her eyes.

"If your little sister hadn't been smart enough..."

"I'd already be dead."

"And now you finally decide to come."

Jack's expression became apologetic.

"I'm sorry."

"I'm really sorry."

"I frightened you."

"That was my mistake."

"If it'll make you feel better..."

"You can hit me."

White Queen struggled inside his embrace.

"Let go already!"

"I can't breathe!"

"If you're any later..."

"I really won't recognize you anymore!"

As she spoke, both of her hands secretly pinched Jack's waist.

Jack immediately released her with an embarrassed smile.

"I just wanted to comfort you."

White Queen curled her lips.

"You might as well not have."

Jack suddenly remembered something.

"Where are Hill and Natasha?"

White Queen shrugged casually.

"Maybe they're dead."

"Your two future concubines."

"They probably died while you were busy showing off."

Jack smiled knowingly.

"Judging by your expression..."

"I know you're lying."

"Tell me the truth."

White Queen pouted.

"Fine."

"Crosshairs is taking them away."

"The radiation here is too dangerous."

"If they stayed any longer, they'd die."

She glanced sideways at Jack.

"Want to see them?"

Jack nodded.

"Tell me where they are."

"Let's go."

White Queen snorted softly.

"The moment you hear about your women..."

"You're suddenly full of energy."

"You don't seem nearly as concerned about me."

Jack smiled helplessly.

"What do you mean?"

"Didn't I just hug you?"

"You really don't appreciate my kindness."

"Come on."

"Let's go."

...

Beside a beautiful lakeside—

The setting sun slowly descended beyond the horizon.

Golden sunlight reflected across the calm water.

Everything looked peaceful and picturesque.

Crosshairs sat quietly beside the lake in his Transformer form, staring silently at the water with a thoughtful expression.

The atmosphere was strangely tranquil.

Then—

"Crosshairs!"

Jack's loud voice shattered the peaceful scene instantly.

"What the hell are you doing sitting here?"

"Where are Natasha and Hill?"

Crosshairs scratched his head awkwardly.

"Boss..."

"I'm guilty."

"They escaped."

"The nuclear radiation seriously interfered with my systems."

"They smashed the window..."

"And took the opportunity to run away."

His mechanical face was filled with embarrassment.
