A hundred years later
Mo Jiuli lay in the cave behind the Divine Mansion, enveloped by a mass of purple light. Her injured body was being continuously healed, yet she remained deeply trapped in the sorrow of losing her child, unable to wake even after a hundred years of slumber…
"Sigh… Although you're heartbroken, you must wake up now!" A light sigh echoed in Mo Jiuli's soul sea, as the little purple light around her gradually disappeared.
Not long after, Mo Jiuli slowly opened her eyes. The environment she saw brought some confusion to her mind. As she got up, she noticed the Demon-Slaying Sword beside her, and various images continuously flashed across her mind, causing her expression to darken. Her fingers gently touched her lower abdomen, and tears silently fell…
"I'm sorry, I couldn't save you!" Mo Jiuli said softly.
"Master, Madam and the Old Master have met with an accident!" A female voice echoed in Mo Jiuli's soul sea.
