Chapter 3 - Shallot vs. Akuma
Author's Note: Shallot and Giblet are based off of the characters of the same names from the mobile game Dragon Ball Legends.
Shallot and Giblet were twin brothers and the #1 Elite Saiyans in King Sadala III's Saiyan army. One day, Shallot and Giblet were sent to discover the huge power level that was sensed by the king. When they reached their destination, all there was there was a cave, emitting evil energy. Out of the cave came an evil, corrupted Saiyan named Akuma.
Akuma was a former Saiyan elite in the king's army who had corrupted evil energy. He was kicked out the army when he went berserk and accidentally attacked his fellow soldiers. This caused Akuma to isolate himself from the rest of Planet Sadala's Saiyans and live in a lone cave.
Giblet charged up and rushed for Akuma. Shallot yelled for him to wait as Giblet's punch was caught and he was headbutted in the face, knocking Giblet backwards and making his nose bleed. This angered Giblet and Shallot tried to convince him to strategize before doing anything else, but he ignored Shallot as he rushed in again. Shallot screamed that he would get killed. Shallot was exactly right as Giblet was caught by the face and Akuma thrusted his fist through Giblet's gut, creating a gaping hole in Giblet's stomach. Akuma tossed Giblet's corpse aside as he walked slowly towards Shallot.
Shallot couldn't believe what happened before his eyes as his eyes started to swell up with tears. Veins started to bulge within his muscles as a golden aura surrounded Shallot. As Shallot screamed in anger and emotional agony, his aura started to rise up, and Akuma was thrown back a bit. Shallot's hair was golden, and his eyes were turquoise. Shallot had become a Super Saiyan.
Shallot appeared below Akuma at light speed as he uppercut Akuma in his jaw, and then appeared in front of him and delivered a breath-taking blow to the gut, knocking Akuma unconscious as he fell down to the ground. Shallot's transformation wore out as he walked over and picked up Giblet's corpse and flew off back to King Sadala III's domain. Once he got there and the king stared at the corpse in shock, Shallot passed out from exhaustion.
10 years later...
Shallot is at Giblet's grave for Giblet's birthday. Suddenly, something crashes onto the ground a couple of feet near Shallot. That something was Akuma, well-trained and prepared for battle. Shallot knew he was back for revenge as he asked to go somewhere more isolated. They both flew to a barren wasteland on the planet and assumed their fighting stances. Shallot transformed into a Super Saiyan 3. Akuma did the same, but with light green hair. Shallot was a little surprised, but was still certain of victory. Their battle began.
Lots and lots of shock waves were produced from the clashes of fists and kicks. Shallot was knocked towards the ground, but caught himself before he could hit it. Akuma caught him by surprise and kicked him further into the ground, creating a large crater. Before Shallot could get up, Akuma pushed him down with his foot, and prepared a large, green energy ball above him. Akuma launched it downwards, and escaped before he could get caught in the blast. Right then and there, Shallot's primal instincts awakened within his body. His tail started the waggle as his muscles bulked up and suddenly, the blast disappeared.
Akuma was in shock as a golden aura surrounded Shallot, the upper part of his clothes were ripped, and the golden aura consumed him. Suddenly, Shallot's upper body and tail was shown to be covered in red fur, leaving his chest, hands, and abs bare. His hair was dark brown, with thick hair locks hanging on his shoulders, and his hair reaching to his lower back. Shallot had become a Super Saiyan 4.
Shallot held his right hand out, pointed at Akuma, and sent invisible shock waves his way. They hit Akuma's body all over as he fell back. Shallot rushed and hit him with a barrage of attacks, and kicking him into a nearby plateau. Akuma powered up, surrounding himself in a big, light green aura and rushed at Shallot. Shallot dodged his punch and punched him in his gut, making Akuma spit out blood from his mouth. Shallot then surrounded himself in a sparking, bright yellow energy ball, claiming that this last attack was for his brother.
Shallot let out a ferocious roar and spread the energy throughout the landscape. Akuma charged through the energy, but struggled as he was pushed back. Akuma finally got hold of Shallot and held a green blast to his abdomen. A golden explosion, with a green center, occurred, leaving nothing behind. Both Shallot and Akuma died in the explosion.
