Alexander collapsed in the nest twitching violently. Suddenly Momma bird looked very shocked. She started to get close to her new born and noticed blood coming from his skin. Her Eyes turned red She screeched loudly "WHO IS HURTING MY CHILD!"
Many low level creatures shivered in terror. Most of the creatures here could barely make it to 1st tier so the fury and blood lust coming from The Violet Thunder Crow was too much for some to handle some passed out from fear and pain.
Frindle just stood there and quietly smiled. Since she was in her spirit form if nobody wanted to see her nobody could. Alexander a noob in cultivation believed everything she said without fault but she just pretended to be a system like voice but she wanted to keep an eye on him and be there for him when he first awoke. She may act aloof but she was a very caring individual to those she considered her friends and family. She looked pleased at the affection of the mother so she picked it up in her hands and gently stroked it.
The Mother bird was greatly startled not only could she not see what grabbed her. She couldn't escape even if she wanted to. Startled as she was she was also very mad. This must be the thing that is harming my child she thought. She started to give off lightning sparks and was trying to fight her way out but it was oh so very useless. With someone of Frindle's abilities this peak tier 2 mutated Violet Thunder Crow with Thunder hawk bloodline was as weak as a feather trying to destroy a planet. Frindle started to stroke the bird gently releasing a technique. The Violet Thunder Crow was startled but calmed down. She knew if the mysterious thing wanted to kill her it would.
The mother looked at her baby chick and noticed that its flesh started to get a bit darker and that the plumage started to form. It was maturing faster than she thought. It must be the great being who is stroking me.
It's a bit comfortable but when are you going to let me go? she thought to herself.
Alexander was in immense pain but he tried to endure with everything that he had. Qi Energy,Astral Energy,as Many others poured into him from all directions causing a burning sensation in his flesh,his bones felt both cold and hot at the same time as if it was steel being tempered repeatedly,His beak cracked and started to bleed and started to change into a dark color as if he was being blessed by darkness,His talons also started to darken but unlike his beak which was black as a starless sky his talons turned into a dark silver color which looked sharp.
After a few minutes the pain started to gradually die down and Alexander started to rise up covered in blood. He stood up and noticed that his vision was clearer and that he was full of vitality he couldn't help but Caw out loud.
CAW! CAW!
Alexanders mother noticed her son's joy and struggled to get free Frindle noticed this and let his mother go. As soon as she was free she and rushed to his side and started to bounce around him to make sure he was alright. She spread her wings out and cawed out loud with her son and Frindle just smiled.
Frindle coughed slightly and it brought Alexander to his senses. How do you feel she asked.Not bad Alexander replied. He spread out his wings which were now covered in dark plumage which held specks of silver and purple. My wings look pretty awesome right? Frindle chuckled yes they look pretty good for a new born.
So what are your plans now? As Bird you don't need to do much but what will you do?
Well I guess I should first learn to fly then learn what I can and can't eat. Ya know the bird basics.
Frindle looked at him with a mischievous twinkle in her eye.
Suddenly feeling a cold feeling down his back he looked around nervously but he was suddenly raised into the air by Frindle.
Momma Bird was Startled at her sons suddenly floating in the air.
What are you doing Frindle Alexander spoke with a shocked expression.
She gently chuckled and tossed him into the sky and spoke loudly. No time like the present she spoke with a chuckle.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Alexander screamed by the sudden toss into the sky
Why! Why! It was the only words that crossed his mind but when he suddenly came to he furiously tried to flap his wings. His inexperience quickly came into play his flapping was totally out of sync. He could hear Frindle Laughing which upset him but he soon calmed down and focused on the task at hand which was to learn to fly.
Step one Flap my wings in sync. He started Flapping his wings slowly and increased his speed.
He soon stopped falling and started to rise into the sky. Alexander quickly forgot that he was a mutant bird and wasn't normal so he quickly rose into the sky until he hit his head on an invisible barrier.
BANG! He couldn't help but shout out in very colorful phrases. !@#$%^& )(*&^%$.
While falling down he spread his wings and started to glide down like a paper airplane he had to adjust a few times until he landed back in the nest.
*Clap *clap* *clap* Frindle enthusiastically clapped and spoke. Congratulations Alexander you took a magnificent first step into bird adulthood.
