Within a tree, a world. The massive Immortal Apricot Tree held up the ceiling of this void, and as the curtains fell on this terrifying struggle for possession, the earth's thunder and flames gradually subsided, but the burning just wouldn't cease, much like the lingering waves after a storm.
Above the sky, the dark red light of thunder and fire kept flashing, like little suns.
On the Immortal Apricot Tree, the beast-faced figure stabilized, and a thick, single horn emerged from its forehead. The whole beast-face seemed to be able to act independently of the tree trunk, involuntarily twisting its neck, making a cracking sound like dry tree bark splitting.
