Myrene stood up in the highest tower of the East Building of the House of Spades. The sun was already falling down, painting the skies with crimson and orange color.
The wind was strong enough to knock out someone and fall into the building if they were not careful enough. But Myrene was not bothered by this.
Her mind was running with thoughts unknown to anyone. This was the day that she finally finished the training given to her by the Headmistress. And this was the first day that she was able to come out again from the dungeon and see the outside world for almost three weeks now.
"Can I return now to my dorm?" Myrene turned around when she felt the presence of the Headmistress behind her.
"I'm afraid. That you will not be able to return there yet until the Gathering is over Milady. But if your concern is about the children you ask me to take care of, then I can assure you that all of them are doing fine."
