After a night of rest, Shard, unusually, visited Luviya's apartment before Sunday breakfast. The violet-eyed girl opened the door for Shard, still in her nightgown. As for the cat Shard brought along, it was huddled in Shard's arms, sulking. From Mia's perspective, leaving the house so early without breakfast was entirely unacceptable for a cat.
Shard invited Luviya to have breakfast together and explained that the Demon had been dealt with:
