"Who is it?"
The attendants and maids instinctively protected Margaret, and Shard also stood in front of Margaret. However, upon seeing that the elderly man had truly collapsed, he squatted down again to help him up. The old man wasn't unconscious and tried to stand on his own, but even with Shard's support, he couldn't rise:
"Oh, young man, I seem to feel nothing in my right leg."
He said, groaning as he spoke.
"Your right leg is still there, does it feel numb? Let me tap it, can you feel this?"
Shard then tapped the old man's right knee, and just as the old man expressed that he still felt nothing, "she" provided an answer.
[There are signs of petrification on the right leg.]
"What?"
He was startled, but there were no signs of the Crazy Earth around the Stonemason Guild. With the old man's consent, Shard rolled up his trousers. Although his right leg wasn't petrified and remained flesh, its color showed a significant difference from that of his hands and face.
