The firelight illuminated the three people sitting by the fireplace, as well as the busy maids behind them. The red-haired witch and the blonde Miss Writer almost simultaneously noticed that Shard had fallen asleep. Miss Galina made a motion for silence, then threw a Silence Charm beside Shard.
And Tifa, standing by, fetched a black towel blanket. Noticing Mia lying on Shard's lap, Miss Maid playfully nudged the cat. Mia, drowsy and wanting to be grumpy, noticed that Shard was asleep, so she obediently jumped to the carpet. After Tifa covered Shard with the towel blanket, she jumped back onto his lap and peacefully settled down to sleep again.
"Miss Galina, did you add something to the tea? Or use some kind of arcane technique?"
Dorothy, holding a teacup, joked while the witch shook her head at the dancing flames:
"You indeed know I am a witch, was it Shard who told you, or Lecia? No, that's not important. I did nothing; he's probably just too exhausted."
