Shard held the scattered earth in his hands, softly speaking as he wielded sorcery:
"May the earth be with you and me."
His hands parted, and the soil scattered from his palms, yet it did not fall into the snow layers in the cold wind.
Instead, it gathered spontaneously in the air, forming a small earthen cup. The base was round, supported by four standing figures reaching up towards the center, while the belly of the cup had a diameter almost equal to its base.
This type of cup is generally used in mysticism for rituals and ceremonies, and most so-called "Holy Grails" also have this design.
The earthen "Holy Grail" faced upwards, and as Shard continued his spellcasting, the cup gradually descended until it dipped into the snow and entered the soil. Only Circle Sorcerers with high perception could observe the fountain-like flood of earth-yellow spiritual energy erupting from where the cup had sunk, covering the whole estate's ground within a few breaths.
"Oh!"
