Alex moved forward and stopped a few hundred meters away from the center of the lake. By now, a terrifying suction force erupted from his Lightning God's Source Body and Bloodline, frantically devouring the power of lightning.
The lightning power devoured by his body and bloodline actually transformed into pure energy. This energy did not stay wild or violent. Instead, it became gentle and poured into every part of Alex's body. His muscles tightened, his bones shone with faint blue light, and his meridians widened as if they were being remade.
A somewhat pained but very comfortable sensation ran through his body.
Alex could clearly feel his body growing stronger with each passing second. His blood raced like a river of thunder, and his heartbeat sounded like a heavy drum echoing in his chest. He also felt as if his Lightning God's Source Body was celebrating in joy while his bloodline was hungry to take in even more lightning.
