Throughout the years Ryan's family continued to grow, every single person in his family has been normal except for his dad, who died when Ryan was only 7 years old. Ryan is truly in disbelief that he has no power because even though his family has no powers, everyone says Ryan is an exact copy of his father. Ryan goes to his favorite spot to think, the school rooftop. It is truly the perfect weather, it's a little windy and humid, and the sunset is beautiful. Ryan drifts off to sleep... "Hey, you! Wake up" Ryan is in an unknown land, a little kid is standing in front of him. "Who are you?" Ryan asks unbeknownst to where he was. "Just call me Chaos," He says "Chaos? What kind of name is that, and where am I??" Ryan asks "1. I go by many names, Khaos, Chasm, even God. I am the Primordial goddess of the chasm of air, you may know of my sister, Gaia, your mother earth, and 2. You are in my domain, I brought you here to show you how to use your gifts." She says. "Gifts? what gifts?" Ryan exclaims. "Didn't Hermes tell you? I swear he is always forgetting things." She says, clearly annoyed. "Are you talking about Hermes, the messenger God of Greek mythology?!" Ryan says surprised. "Yes, I am, and he was supposed to tell you that what that human, Ronald Potter told you was not true, you do have a power." She says "I do?! I knew it! What is it, (Flying), (Laser Vision)?!" Ryan exclaims "You'll just have to find out." Chaos says. *Bang!* Chaos hits Ryan across the field in an instant, straight into a mountain wall. *groans* "What is going on!?" Ryan yells, the punch not the impact hurt, but he felt the mental strain on his mind. "If you die in here you die in real life!" Chaos yells and jumps to where Ryan is, in an instant, and hits him again. A barrage of blows erupts from her and Ryan just can't keep up. But then, reflexively, Ryan throws his hands up, and he creates a Shield, made of pure psychic energy. *Clang!* " What the.." Ryan says under his breath, in disbelief. "There it is.. but this is only the beginning...." Chaos says, then Ryan wakes up. *Gasp!* "Oh my god!" He yells. Then Ryan tries out his power again, a mini shield, not nearly as big enough as the one he summoned in Chaos' Domain. "This is amazing!!" Ryan yells. "I have to go talk to Arthur!" Ryan runs as fast as he can to Arthur's house and knocks on the door. "Hello?" Arthur's mom Mrs. Hendrix answers the door. She lets him inside and Ryan bolts to Arthur's room. "Art!" He yells. "Ry!" Arthur jokingly says matching his energy. "Dude, I have a power," Ryan says immediately. Ryan shows Arthur his shield and Arthur is dumbfounded. "But Mr.Potter said.."
