And since the sentient divine flesh had decided not to rebel against their host, they didn't need to drain Legion's spiritual energy to keep manifesting and trying to escape.
Not only are they not trying to escape their host, but they are also at peace with their host enough to sleep. The divine flesh became completely inactive and would only become active when Legion needed it.
So Legion didn't need to spend spiritual energy to maintain their activity. This meant that Legion wouldn't need a large source of energy or water to maintain their life.
Aside from the rebellion of the divine flesh, the sudden spike in spiritual energy consumption is the other drawback of becoming a demigod.
Legends will need to spend 7 units of spiritual energy per second to maintain their liberated divine form, but demigods will have to spend 8 units per second to maintain the active state of the divine flesh or as much as ten times as much as that if the eight divine flesh in the body are rebelling.
