The Golden Hammer gang was recruiting manpower. This automatically means that they are growing stronger. This much is certain. What isn't certain is what the gang intends to do with the extra strength that they are gaining.
The extra strength can be used for defense. Many people were hoping this is the case. But very few people could relax because the extra strength could also be used to attack.
