Audrey was able to get to the castle thankful to the speedy horse that they rode, she dragged Levyndrion to her room quickly using the secret passages. She laid him on her bed and went to lock the door so that nobody could intrude, if anyone were to see them together in her bedroom it would cause so much trouble and misunderstandings, and not just within the castle but the whole kingdom.
Dhe gulped down a glass of water and wiped her forehead to calm down her racing heart, many things happened today that's too very fast that she couldn't even get a second to process anything, she took out her watch, they had thirty minutes only until the feast starts. She wasn't even aware that the two of them are being searched for the past one hour.
She took a deep breath and went to sit beside him, hee mind was floaded with worries and questions of what to do to wake him up.
She took a glass of water and sprinkled on his face "Levy! Wake up please!" tears streaming down her cheeks, she ran her fingers through her black hairs in frustration for they were running out of time.
Suddenly something flashed intonher head, when she was taking medical lessons ... she remembered the head physician taught them how to help one to breath by using using mouth to mouth method, she never thought that she would ever do it in her life, closing her eyes she exhaled and tilted his head back so that his throat could be clear, she parted his lips and placed her own , she puffed her cheeks for air and released it inside his mouth, the sensation was crazy but she had no time to linger on her crazy feelings for now., she continued while pressing his chest , she was about to do it for a fourth time cause Levy wasn't responding, he opened his eyes making her own widened I'm surprise , he creased "What are you doing?" the man was dumbstruck, her face was few inches away from his and how could she explain the meaning of this?.
Audrey gulped , she sat up and stepped down to stand on her feet , his awkward look was giving her 'run away ' signals, her cheeks flushed red "Don't get me wrong Levy... it's... it's not like that!" she waved her hands in denial,You should just say what you were doing! Why are making things even more complicated for god sake !
Levyndrion got up "I didn't think anything " he was feeling a slight pain on his head, she was grateful that that he finally woke up and there only few minutes left.
"We should change in a hurry and head to the feast before anybody suspects anything " she said wiping away her tears on her face by turning the other side, "However one thing is strange ..... Why am I in your room ? and why I don't remember how I even got here ?" he narrowed his eyes suspiciously, What the hell? He doesn't remember like really doesn't remember? She pressed her temples "We have no time for this Levy, you get going... we'll talk about it later I promise " she pushed him out if her bedroom and shut the door at his face, she leaned by the door a d touched her chest that was giving her the ups and downs , sigh "Thank you heaven " she rushed to change .
They arrived together at the feast party only to find the elders with frowns, the hot temperature took over the room , they sat down to their respective seats, "Where have you taken your cousin Rey?" he scolded, she closed her eyes as the thunder voice if his father went right through her ear , "You don't have to be so harsh on her, you know she wouldn't utyer a word that way" said her mother pressing her husband's palm to calm down, Audrey lowered her head "We just ..." "We've been at the gallery room, Audrey showed me very interesting drawings there, we should visit again soon right Rey? " he cut her off, he had calmed smile , his eyes looking straight at hers, for some reason he didn't want to see her getting scold, the two of them went out together it's only fair to the King's wrath together.
She faked a smile quickly "Ofcourse " she paused and faced her father "You are always ready to scold me papa" she rolled her mouth, Levy chuckled within him, this drama Queen deserves a trophy. "My poor child" muttered Queen Ella, The King owed his eyes to subside his anger "It's because you always give me a reason to scold you Audrey, you should stop being mischievous, you are a grown up lady now " he smiled at his daughter "I'm sorry papa " she smiled back .
"It's an happy occasion we shouldn't ruin it" Queen Ella signaled the maids to start serving them, grilled meat placed on a big oval-shaped tray , decorated with fruits at side's, Levy wondered to what animal that meat belonged to. As if reading his mind Audrey giggled "It's a wild bear" he faced her "Aaah" so she could notice his mind ? .
"General Juan personally went on hunt and brought it for you " said King Jeremy to clear the confusion on his face, "I'm honoured, I should give him a warm gratitude " .
Queen Ella kept smiling as she looks at the boy beside her, she kept adoring her with his humble behavior, it was actually odd for a Prince at her age to have such traits, I mean most of the most of Princes at his age were blinded by power and are usually arrogant.
Everyone was equal to Levyndrion at such young age, she couldn't stop imagining how great he would be when he becomes a King in the near future, he would definitely make a great one.
They all returned to their respective bedrooms after the dinner feast, King Jeremy gave him a golden sword which he personally made for while the Queen gave him a silver crossbow, as of Rey her birthday gift failed and so she thought of giving him something else some other time.
Levyndrion felt anxious since he opened his eyes and found himself in Audrey's bedroom and her expression said it all dhe must've seen something that she shouldn't have.
Sigh, he opened one of his trunks and took out a small bottle that contained lavender liquid, he opened the cap and took a sip, he suddenly staggered back and sat on a chair shutting his eyes tightly to calm down for a while.
After sometime his memory floaded, he recalled everything especially how he tore and rip those man at the woods, he hissed gripping the bottle, he remembered seeing a figure standing before him and his eyes were blurry and covered in blood, he let out a deep breath "Out of all people why did it have to be her ? Why nobody informed me about the full moon? " he punched the armrests, his worries were that Rey had already witnessed him in such hideous state, she must've been so shocked and it was supposed to he a secret, how did things become so messed up in such short time?.
He remembered being wounded then but they all got cured and he was back to normal, even if Audrey saw him then he have to act like he doesn't remember what happened tonight so that it would look like it was all her own imaginations if she ever confronts him about it, as crazy as it sound he had no choice but to do so. He placed back the bottle in the trunk and looked down at his hands, he couldn't believe these hands were the same hands that kills others, it bothers him so much, he hated himself that he wished he could just die sometimes instead of turning into a monster and turnish everything. "Aaaaah!" he growled as he pierced his own palm with a knife , blood drops fell down along with his tears, a second later he couldn't feel any pain and the lines slowly started to close up until the wound disappeared and his palm was back to normal.
At times ge would feel like he was the most bad and horrible person in the whole world.
Audrey had gone to sleep the moment she laid her head on her bed, she was tired physically and mentally, she was drawn to a dream....
She could see everything that Levy did back at the woods right before her eyes, the way his usual self had turned into such a hideous creature, the way his hand went straight into the stranger's chest and pulled out his heart and then squeezed it to drink the blood as if he was drinking wine frightened her to the core, she could vividly see the event, he eyes flew open, her chest going up and down, cold sweat broke on her face dhe reached the floor and went to gulp.a glass of water from the table.
She recalled how clear Levy came to the feast, his forehead was bleeding and she saw it cause she personally cleaned his wound, she almost blurted why his wound wasn't there anymore but she managed to cool down her emotions cause her parents were present. Her legs were weak and she dropped down to thr floor, she sobbed in silence not to catch the attention of the guards outside her room, "This is so unfair! how could such innocent person be a monster?" she shook her head in denial, she covered her mouth with her hand as the sobs were getting out of control, she felt a pang in her heart, for some reason he felt bad for Levyndrion, she could see the pain in his eyes back there and she couldn't stop imagining how much painful this all must be to him? she cried for a while not even noticing when she laid down flat on the floor.
